Employees hands down makes the entire experience! We go out of our way to see this amazing location is quick, detail oriented amazing with the little one.
Gotta love going somewhere where you’re appreciated as much as you appreciate great service and good. All the other subways are short and the staff is just terrible unless you find a worker in a good mood. The sandwichs too

I truly enjoy coming to this Subway location and one of the main reasons is a young lady named Khatere She is incredibly kind, friendly and very efficient, performing her work with great skill and attention
Every time I come here, feel valued and respected because of her polite and warm attitude. Khatere is completely professional and with her smile and good manners she makes the atmosphere of the store friendly, calm and welcoming.
It’s clear that she takes her job seriously and interacts with customers wholeheartedly. Her presence truly makes this one of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway. Having an employee like Khatere is a huge asset for this place

This subway is clean and the worker is nice, but there is always one worker only! This is obviously a way for the business to save money. One worker at 1pm on a Saturday lunch hour is insane! One worker is not going to cut it. Waited 20 minutes just to have order taken. Will avoid this location at all costs in the future because they obviously don’t care at all about their customers time. Was also missing multiple items: chicken, cheeses and soda flavors broken. I feel bad for the overwhelmed worker who had to 10 customers in 20 minutes with no help. What a joke.

Subway definitely going downhill. These new POS systems they’ve installed to replace real people are not just inconvinent, but completely take the whole experience that Subway was founded on away. That personal customer service of being able to watch your sandwich being made, and watch everything that went in to it. Now we don’t even have the option to order the “Old School” way. Online orders take priority over in-store orders, and with only one employee working the counter, you can just imagine the extended wait time. On top of that, the floors in the store were covered in dried mud, and dirt everywhere. When is the one employee ever going to have the opportunity to stop sandwich making to keep the storefront clean and sanitary? The fridge was completely out of certain bottled drinks, two flavors on the fountain drink machine were out of syrup, cool if you like club soda/mineral water instead of raspberry tea, and the chip display was out of all but two flavors or chips. To which the employee said, we normally have other flavors, just pick one. The quality has definitely been overshadowed by the price and the lack of personality Subway once had. Has Subway completely forgotten that there is still a generation out here that is still technologically impaired? If you’re part of our 3rd generation elders who still don’t have a grip on technology, make your tuna sandwich at home. Not worth the trip, or your money. This business model only goes to show that Subway has finally stepped into caring only about the Bottom-Line over Quality and Customer Service. Can’t honestly believe how difficult it has become to order a simple freaking sandwich. So farewell, Subway. Taking my sandwich needs to Jersey Mike’s!!! Good riddance.

We ordered a few different sandwiches and a pepperoni roll up.
They called us and said they were out of flatbread for the chicken and flat bread, we asked the associate to cancel that on the order, they kept asking what type of bread and we kept telling them the person who ordered the flatbread chicken sandwich isn’t able to eat other breads. When we picked it up, there was the sandwich on white bread. The associate said they couldn’t cancel the sandwich off of the order which is very odd. Very disappointed because the person who ordered the chicken flatbread with lettuce pepper jack cheese and lettuce and chipotle sauce is autistic and only likes those certain things on their food from Subway. So they weren’t able to eat their sandwich.
Then with the pepperoni roll up, there’s barely any cheese and they didn’t include the dip so that was also not appetizing. Also there’s flatbread on the roll ups? Thinking that was the last piece, mind you we ordered in the middle of the day. I would suggest not ordering from this subway, especially online ordering.

My daughter went in and asked for an Italian BMT. The guy gave her a veggie sandwich. How do you charge 11 dollars for a meatless sandwich??!! Subway on 2nd and the one on Broadway are horrible. Absolutely ridiculous!! The wait time is horrible too.

Staff is always awesome but Subway forcing people to to input there order into the POS them selves and over complicate it ♂️ and it took 5 minutes to figure out how to order two sandwiches and could not even find the Toasted button. I know I’m not alone the person behind be also getting frustrated with the process. Sub way is always a slow process when there is a rush but now it’s going to be ridiculous
