Pho’s popularity is growing, even in Cypress. Great broth, which is the foundation for all Pho. The fatty brisket and beef meatballs were delicious. Veggies were fresh and plentiful. An added bonus was the bambu franchise with the restaurant. Their unique variety of coconut drinks are always good, even in the colder months. Will be our new stop every-time we head to college station.

First time coming here and was absolutely starving. I’m not hard to please at all for context. I ordered beef vermicelli with extra meat and a fried egg.
Beef was EXTREMELY fatty/ chewy and the egg was burnt. Paid over $20 for it due to it being very overpriced and only ate a couple bites.
Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here. It is worth noting the noodles and egg rolls were good though

This was our 1st time visiting this restaurant. We ordered Vietnamese egg rolls, salmon spring rolls, beef pho, chicken pho, crispy noodles with shrimp and chicken and vegetables, and crispy noodles with beef and vegetables. The food was delicious!! The restaurant is super clean and the staff are very nice and professionally. Sorry we only got pictures of the egg rolls and the pho sides. We were so excited to try everything that we just started chowing down lol!!

I ordered through uber eats. Maybe it’s better in person since you can get a refund or return the food when they try to scrw you. I ordered the lemongrass charbroiled chicken rice plate. Not chargrilled lemon grass chicken at all. It was pretty much the chicken you get in chicken pho. I also got an eaten shrimp tail carcass with it. Coconut drink too watery for me but not terrible.

Tried this place out last Friday. We ordered the combo special (entree, appetizer, drink for $13.75). We both picked pho for the entree. The broth was excellent but on the smaller side (typically a medium not large bowl size). Also had the special Bambu #1 drink, with less sugar requested. Very refreshing drink/dessert which hit the spot for that hot day.
Came back today on a weekend and wanted to try their rice for lunch. We ordered broken rice with pork chop, and another with grilled pork. Both dishes included a full scoop of rice, a surprising amount of meat, sunny side up egg, egg roll, and pickled veggies. Meat was not too chewy, and well-seasoned. The dish filled me up and wasn’t lacking in meat like another place by 290/Mason. And for the hard-to-please hubby, there was no complaint about it being “too salty” for a change.
Overall, I’m glad this place is here to save a 25-35 min trip to Katy or Bellaire, respectively, for our authentic Vietnamese fixes. Also a plus is that they allow us to bring our small service dog in, never making a big deal about her presence.
Will try BBH or another noodle dish next time. Our new local favorite!

I’m Viet myself and growing up I lived with a lot of home cooked Vietnamese food so I always don’t like it when some restaurants serve food that’s too salty or just not enough quality that I’m looking for. The pho is perfect. The broth is not overpowering with saltiness and has a nice touch of sweet that most other pho places don’t have. The meat was a lot fresher, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is great. I also just love Bambu and their amazing drinks.

Food is great and would go back if l didn’t get fat shamed. Me and my friend ordered a XL bowl because we were hungry and once the food was bought out he was making remarks of fat shaming, along the lines of l need to go to the gym and that lm better than him at eating an extra large and l need the cardio. This isn’t the first time that this has happened and certainly shouldn’t be acceptable, food is great but won’t go back from the Service.

Pork spring rolls were very good. The pork Banh Mi was decent, but the bread was not soft enough. I look forward to trying the Pho with the beef short rib once the weather cools off.
They need to work on service….there were multiple dirty tables from previous customers, which really turned me off. Young people working by themselves on a Sunday probably contributed, so maybe on another day this might not be a problem.
