visited the Subway restaurant on Broadway to get a sandwich, and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant.

The first employee who took my order was unprofessional. She slid my bread across the counter near the trash area, which I found very unsanitary and disrespectful. It did not feel like she cared about cleanliness or customer service.

The second employee, a Mexican lady working near the Willow Road side, was also very rude. She was dropping the sauces and handling the ingredients with attitude, almost throwing them, for no clear reason. Her behavior felt angry and impatient.

Good customer service is extremely important in any business. Customers should be treated with respect and patience. When employees act rudely and handle food carelessly, it creates a very negative experience and can hurt the business.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving professionalism and customer service. I would consider visiting again if the service improves.

HORRIBLE. Giving my dirty looks when I entered the store and when I said I placed a mobile order. Then you skim on my food like it’s coming out of your pocket, after my order says to add more of certain things. To make things worse, my sandwiches were cold. Added the top of the jalapeño that’s clearly inedible.

First off the employee Justin needs to be fired. Went in to get a sandwich today and when I entered he was working on a online order for 3 sandwiches and was at the veggie station with them. He did not say a word to me until he was done about 10 minutes later with the order and packing it up. I believe one of the previous reviews mentioned something similar to this happening to them and they left. I believe hes doing this on purpose so people just leave and he can avoid work. He asks me what can I get you and I pull out my phone to read my wife’s order and browse for the text to read it off. He says do you need more time and I told him gimme just a minute and he replied with we are not doing this I refuse to serve you have a good day. He then closes the glass cases and walks to the back of the store. As a former subway employee a long time ago to me it definitely seemed he was working at a snails pace on purpose possibly to get me to leave like others have stated in previous reviews. The lack of customer service is ridiculous for this place. They need to do better do not give them your money. This needs to be fixed or they need to shut down unacceptable service

Would not recommend this location. They try and upcharge you for everything, went last night and the guy working argued about me and my girlfriend having to pay $1 for barely even a scoop of there new stuffing. It never said anywhere on the menu that it cost more and he didn’t mention it. I don’t know if he charged me for it at the end due to the guy not giving me my receipt either. Very unpleased with my visit and will not be returning to this location. At least the food was decent.

Went in at 8:50pm 11/21/25. No one was in line or even in the store but the worker. It was instant eye roll from him. He told me it would be awhile before he could get to me because he had 3 online orders to do first. Mind you, I had one simple sandwich I wanted. Why do I have to wait for online orders? I am in the store! Then he gave attitude and mixed under his breath when I left

Close to the worst subway experience that I may ever have. Walked into the store and was told to close the door. I had explained that it’s hotter in there than the weather outside. Besides that the staff were friendly to me and my family. The food on the other hand was completely disgusting, there were flies all over the place and in the food, tuna looked brown, roast beef was over cooked, and the turkey seemed slimy. I chose not to eat but my husband and son did, there reviews were just that the sandwiches are “okay”. If it wasn’t for the staff I would give this a fat ONE STAR REVIEW.

i always come to this location because they make the sandwiches delicious but this time the order was disgustingly terrible and the subs were close to empty.. like i can count the spinach leaves and olives LMAO??!! and i called for a refund but they said they can’t do anything. you go subway! what a shame..

I placed an order online for delivery and I had order a Dr Pepper when my food came they wrote a note saying sorry we didn’t have coke so they gave me a free cookie and more steak on my sandwich , I really appreciate that, there are some good people in this world. So thank you again for doing that

Every time I go to this Subway, there’s only one person running the entire store—taking orders, making food, and handling checkout. It’s incredibly slow, and the online orders are never ready when I arrive, even when I order well in advance through the app. Frustrating experience every time.
