Well what I say this will be my last visit there I’d rather go to the one in temple city. The guy there was nice he wasn’t rude. The problem started when I got home and checked my order. I ordered a pastrami with mustard and pickles and provolone cheese. That’s not what I got everything was good except the meet I got steak for a pastrami sandwich. I ordered pastrami not steak. Yes both beef but totally different style meat. It’s like ordering carne asade and getting a ribeye steak. Both beef but way different in taste and style and price when you think about it. I called the store when I got home and told him I ordered a pastrami sandwich not a steak sandwich. Je told me they don’t carry pastrami but they put steak inside it’s the same thing as far as beef. I told him yes both beef but I ordered pastrami and told him that both are different types. You can’t go to a pastrami sandwich shop order a pastrami and get steak and it was like shredded beef totally not the same style. He told me to call tomorrow for the manager and explain to her or him can’t remember if he said man or woman or if he even said that but definitely I’m going in tomorrow to get my refund. Oh and the bread was partially burned as well.

Instead of writing a 5-star review on how accommodating this Subway franchisee was, I am doing the opposite. As a customer, I dont understand how owners/managers don’t value repeat or attract new customers. Currently (5/24/25), there’s a 6.99 footlong special going on. I ordered it through the Subway app and for some reason the app said not valid at this location. In a rush, because I was buying this lunch for someone else, I placed the order hoping to resolve it in store. Oddly, when I was at store, I attempted to place another footlong to recheck the promo and it worked at this SAME location. I showed the price on the Subway app to the employee, who told me to just cancel and re-order the same sandwich. However, there’s no option to cancel in the app so I spoke to the manager Rosa and she said there’s nothing she can do since I already placed the order. I would have expected a price difference since they would get paid $7 anyway if the app worked properly. Nothing was offered to resolve the situation. From a customer satisfaction standpoint, instead of offering a price difference, maybe just offer another complimentary foot long which nets out the full price I paid. If the app worked correctly, they would have gotten paid $7, so it’s no difference to them either way. I recognize the promo may not be as profitable, but long term business view is locking in new customers for future profits. Needless to say, I will not go back to this Subway location; the manager/owner doesn’t value new customers, so why would I come back?. Hope you all have a better experience than I did.

I ordered 12″ steak & cheese sub with extra steak meet, you can barely see the little steak meat. The portion size was not ok.

May 18 around noon my aunt bought a chicken ranch i believe. The worker was very arrogant and somewhat racist. But the chicken in the sanwich was bad. She suffered food poisoning.

She always does it right without any Attitude which is very important in customer service. Which keeps me coming back ,just because of her services. In any business hiring the right person brings in the right business and is very good for customers and owners.
I’m a morning stop everyday 8:30 – 9:00 and she knows how to get you in and out very professional.

My wife and son got the forest ham sandwiches and they both got stomach aches and the runs. I got the meatball asked for light sauce, but the girl just gave the normal amount still.

I ordered 3 sandwiches 2 of tuna which had a lot of mayo in it The spinach did not seemed fresh and the 3rd sandwich was chicken & baccon but the bread size seemed small. The girl was nice but my sandwiches just didn’t taste very well.

My family and I arrived just short of closing, we thought we would be turned away. We were able to order food to our liking even though it was after closing. A couple walked in after us, they were also served. Thanks to your management and staff for your consideration of customers with untimely dinner plans.
