I had a terrible experience with the service. The girl was in a very sour mood and didn’t greet me or ask what sandwich I wanted. It seemed like she really disliked her job, which I can understand, but it would be nice if she could make the best of it, especially being in a dealer instead of somewhere else. I was surprised the dealer allows them to be there. All I wanted was a coffee, but I also noticed that the vegetables were not fresh. Overall I’m never going back there and I hope something is done regarding this.

No service or food available at 7 am not at 7.18 am. Hours of operation indicate starting time is 7 am. I arrived shortly after 7 am and I ask at what time. Would she open. She says until the coffee is ready. I wait to only be told that she does not serve sandwiches or any food until 8 am, only coffee at this time. I point the starting time notes right outside. She then says she will start my breakfast sandwich but says it would be ready until 15 to 18 minutes when the toaster would be warmed up. So there is no food service in the first hour of operation. The server’s demeanor brings the atmosphere to a zero.

I guess I won’t be the first to complain about the woman employee who is in a bad mood. And even though online, it says it opens at 7am she told me she wouldn’t be making sandwiches till 830. When I can clearly see they had bread already made ready to be served. I don’t understand how a person can work in customer service and not know how to handle herself.

It’s a little hard to find but walk inside the toyata dealer and take a right and walk there will be a place to walk into on your left. And you will see tables and it’s right there. They use the place to “lure” people in. If you have trouble just ask someone they’ll tell you.

The subway restaurant in the Toyota was the best subway I have eaten at. They have the tea next to the fountain drinks. It was very relaxing in the Toyota shop next to the Wal-Mart and Volkswagen.
