Yellow Stone
Have a Subway gift card sitting at home for years and try to use it. A big mistake to choose this store. The store manager is extremely mean and always has a mad face. I have some balance left on the giftcard and wants to cash it. They seem reluctant to do this for me. First just lied to me only under $1 could be cashed. I told them by California law it is $10. Eventually the manager agreed to cash it but gave me a bunch of coins. I don’t want to carry that many and ask her to change it to a dollar bill. She just told me to wait and she went to take care another customer. There’s no line at that moment and only one customer behind me. It just takes her less than 10 seconds to make the exchange but she doesn’t want to let me feel good. After she finished with the other customer, she took my coins and told me it is 10 cents short. It is exactly $1 coins there but she doesn’t know how to count it right. After I did the counting with her again, eventually she exchange for me with a sick face. Come on, I mean, if you are doing the service business, you suppose to have the corresponding attitude. What I did so far is reasonable. Why try to give me hard time? No wonder this store is always lack of customer. Will never come again.

The servers were not that friendly and they were holding on to their napkins too much. She gave me a mere 2pieces of napkins for a footlong sandwich. Maybe thats why they dont smile unlike other subways. Makes you wonder how management is?

Took some time to get service even tho the place was empty and had 2 employees. Food was prepared as ordered. But got really bad vibes from person preping food even till the point where i took a picture of my sandwich only no employees and it bothered the person that i took a picture of my sandwich only! Made it so that i dont feel like buying a drink cook and chips like i normally and have a seat to enjoy my sandwich. Instead i went elsewhere to buy drink and eat. Because of that employee. I post about a lot of places i go to. Its only for the marketing of the business. I make sure no employees are ever in my pictures. I almost felt harassed by employee. Not coming back!

I order online from this store frequently, and usually have no problem, but recently the quality of customer service and product have MASSIVELY declined. I just picked up an order not even 30 minutes ago, just to get home and find that the bread for my sandwich is VERY burnt, sloppily made, too much of toppings I asked for less of, too little of what I asked for more of, it’s just a huge mess and no one is picking up the phone when I try to call to get the sandwich fixed. Extremely disappointed and will most likely not come back again.

Sub par Subway. The service was good and attentive. But they don’t carry a full line of bread. Had very few ingredients. Unsure, if they were cleaning up, but there wasn’t more than half a dozen ingredients to chose from. The floor around the soda machines was flooded. Instead of mopping it up, they put a mat over it. There was still water all over the floor with no caution signs around it. Doesn’t seem like a location I’d go back to. First impression wasn’t positive.

There is often not many people here so service is really fast. The workers here are really nice and are very respectful. The restroom is well maintained and there isn’t a lot of graffiti like you usually find in public restrooms. This one is very clean. The quality of food here is on par with other subways. It is delicious and best of all, like I said already, very fast. I love coming here and using the subway app always gets you good deals and coupons. Subway is one of the healthiest fast food restaurants out there.

Kid was helping me then stopped making my sandwich to help a lady who came in after me because she ordered at the wrong subway… Should have told her I’ll be with you in a moment. It wasn’t really even him. There was a girl there that didn’t even attempt to help her when she wasn’t doing anything or me when he was helping the lady. It was unprofessional!

Cut our sandwich in “half” and started us with a 7in sandwich. For some reason, the guy went back to the door and exchanged it with the 5 in. What was funny was that he proceeded to give us a mountain of black olives and yellow peppers… Buy hey the pretzels is good.

Definitely the worst Subway I have ever been to. I wish I could give them a zero star rating. Caught the workers trying to take $5 from me for absolutely no reason, they said it was the “avocado” but ended up just being an extra cost. They’re very messy with the way they make the sandwiches. Very rude. Most likely will never be back.
