Haven’t had subway in a year or two and holy moly what happened?! A foot long is now $17? And you get way less toppings as well? Sandwich was small and all bread, barely any veggies or meat and I don’t even get cheese. Sad times.

I try to go every Saturday morning, I am a regular there and the server at this location she is always kind prepares my steak sandwich just the way I like it and is extremely helpful. Both my wife and I go there not just for the food but for the excellent service she provides if it were not for her we honestly wouldn’t go there.

Came into the store was greeted by a younger lady up front helping guests then from the back came a rude older lady. I ordered a #12 just as it is on menu and they had to keep looking to see how it was made which is fine i know it’s alot to remember but they gave me raw bacon!

WORST SUBWAY AROUND.
Whoever Laura is, she needs to be retrained and reminded that she works in customer service!!!! She had a nasty attitude from the start. She made me feel as if I was bugging her to make me my sandwich. I normally do not leave bad reviews, but Laura definitely needs that attitude checked! Even though this location is closest to my home, I will DEFINITELY be going to the other subway on Fair Oaks.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!
I came here for take out & a lady name Laura was very rude & disrespectful, & even giving me bad looks because I wasn’t sure if I wanted a 6” because the 6” she made for me seem a bit small, so I ask her for the whole ,so I ended getting the foot long , & when I walk over their to look at my bread she was giving me dirty looks & even telling me like “was up”, I felt they give really bad service & I will never come back here ever again

Hadn’t been to this location before and i went early in the morning to get sandwiches for a beach trip. The staff member made the sandwiches fine – they were as expected – but she was so rude, jaded and bossy. Not friendly at all, it was like i’d inconvenienced her to ask her to make sandwiches while the store was empty at 9am – and she was really irritated that i didn’t know the menu or that you’re supposed to order Bread>Meat>Cheese>etc and she stopped me and corrected me like a child.

Subway in So. Pasadena. Fair Oaks. Got there @ 2 in afternoon. Containers half empty. Food looked dry. They weren’t doing anything but standing till I came in. Service had a hard time understanding English. I asked for jalapanos in stead she put pickles. Had to tell her 3 times. Roast Beef slices. She wanted to put ham. This got me on edge. While eating there place was dark. Small a real hole in the wall. I want happy with my sub sandwich went back in asked them to correct it. They were good enough to add what I wanted. Not crazy about this particular Subway store. Others are much better. Keep in mind they weren’t busy and should of made it smooth saoling

I have tried this location twice. Both times the subs were made poorly.
Definitely they don’t train there staffs on how to make proper subs.

In this location they have a few tables inside and two small ones outside. I usually order online so they have my sandwich ready when I arrive. Most of the time the food is good, although a couple of times I was disappointed with the bread because it was not very fresh or it was a bit under cooked.
