I’m not big on fast food, it’s typically overpriced and the service is often horrible. Today, I took my lady to this DQ and was actually impressed. The $7 meal deal isn’t unreasonable, the store was wonderfully clean, and the service was both friendly and accommodating. Although it’s been over 35 years since I worked in fast food, I will never forget what a thankless job it can be. Kudos to this DQ for being a shining example of what excellent customer service and food service can be.

Mopping the floor and handing me food and taking my card. The fries were ice coId like they were made this morning. It’s 8pm! I couldn’t even eat them. The sandwich had way too much ketchup on it. Nasty!!!! I wish I never stopped at this location. Fast food at its best.

Countless times I have gone here and countless times they never give me what I PAY for!….had to literally hand my soda back and tell him to get marshmallow in it cause they Jip me of it every time and then they lie and say it’s not on The receipt …. Served ICE COLD food and instead of an apology, the manager emailed me back saying I shouldn’t have waited 30 days to complain. I sent an email the very first night about my food, it took her 30 days to get back to me! She didn’t care and never offered me anything still. I will NEVER buy food from here.

The large white man in the drive through couldn’t be bothered to flip my blizzard. He delivered my blizzard with one swift twitch of his wrist. I guess the weight of my mini blizzard caused too much strain on his delicate wrist. I expect better service considering the cost of the shakes and blizzards.
