The employee on at 3:40pm on 01/29/2026 was rude and didn’t wanna make my sandwich how I asked she ignored everything I said. I was charged for a bag for my sandwich with out being told the was a fee for a bag!! I ordered a cold cut trio footlong extra meet extra cheese she ran out of a meat so instead of getting more of the meat she ran out of she gave me triple on one of the meats when I told her I specifically wanted double of each I was told oh well and she can’t even wrap my sandwich correctly

No restrooms. Tea is not brewed at 2pm. Asked for jalapenos and yellow peppers on Sandwich and she puts them on the side. avoid this place. Wasn’t even cut Right.

I came to this location to buy a sandwich and I asked if I can use the bathroom I was told by Scott the bathroom was not in service but yet an employee went in there. When asked he completely ignores me . The worst customer service. I find it extremely rude for him to ignore me when asked why an employee was able to use it but I couldn’t. Soo annoying to be treated that way specially since I’ve traveled and had to get off the freeway to come to get a subway . Horrible service by Scott

Workers are incredibly slow. An order of only 2 sandwiches took over 15 minutes. The worker was very inconsiderate. There was only me and 1 person behind me in line. He took forever on my order and then instead of helping the next customer decided to do online orders after making them wait 20+ minutes making the person behind me leave. Horrible customer service will not return to this location.

They need help here. The workers move at a very slow rate. They need to hire more people or something. Two sandwiches being made takes 20+ minutes. Now there’s a build up of 7 people waiting. I check and the lady made the wrong order and my wait is extended now extended to 25min. The lady here is totally lost. The other people have been waiting for their order and it’s been sitting on the shelf the entire time while they make other peoples sandwiches. They could’ve left a while ago.

Update – 12/7/23
They’re doing a lot better now. Sweet ladies who are so nice are getting it done. Orders are ready now for pickup. The only thing that needs fixing is the bags they come in. They need stronger bags or use multiple bags instead of overloading the bag if there’s a lot of items. Other than that great job!

Update – 6/27/24
Order was suppose to be ready by 210pm it got pushed back to 215pm. I come in I had to grab my own chips and drinks. Make sure corrections are made. Make sure workers are on point. Service wise and product knowledge wise. I ordered a sprite bottle but I’m forced to take a sprite fountain drink. So I had to pay for another bottle of sprite. Also the bags made by subway need to be looked at they constantly break or have workers put into separate bags if it’s heavy and a lot of items.

They don’t have menu posted here….. they have about 6 items shown and the pushy sandwich maker kept asking what I wanted. I had to look at their online menu and he wouldn’t stop asking…..so I left. If you aren’t going to show all the menu items, don’t be annoying when someone is trying to find out what you offer….

Walked in and was greeted by Elizabeth and Juan tonight. Juan made my sandwiches with care and asked all the right questions. Elizabeth was cheerful and a pleasure to see. Both Juan and Elizabeth were able to answer any questions I had. The store was clean and the prep area looked presentable. Thanks to them for making my evening a little easier and enjoyable.

The best staff in all Subways . Ladies who work here are very sweet and care for customers . I eat here 3 times a week Always get best service . Food is fresh always with great atmosphere . Bread is Fresh . They have new look too with bright white furniture . Highly recommended A+++

The crew member who served my family and I was incredibly rude. His name was Scott. He looked visibly mad that customers came in (the store was empty at the time and I have a family of 6, myself included). He kept rolling his eyes, sighing loudly, and slamming the equiment shut while making our subs. My family is classy so they didn’t want to make it a big deal, but I am INCREDIBLY disappointed that I got such bad service from somewhere that I love eating from.
