She always keeps her cool and knocks out drinks with a smile consistently no matter how many people are there. I would not step foot in this location ever again. The customer service lacked very badly. I put in an online order and I realized I put in the wrong location by mistake. When I realized, I asked the man in the black can I place an order in person. He said “No.”
Mind you, I was already placing a refund for the online order due to the wrong location. That upset me when I was polite. I had to go to McDonald’s and get a smoothie from them. Which I’m still not satisfied due to not getting the healthier versions that I get here.
The service was not as all flexible nor helpful, is there a policy that customers are not allowed to place an in person order due to already making an online one?

Great friendly workers Kevin and Alex, greeted me as soon as I opened the door and were patient as I thought about what to order. They were very fast at making my smoothie and it was delicious. 5/5 would come back.

My first time trying Smoothie king, and the service here was absolutely amazing! Guadalupe was super friendly, quick, and made my smoothie perfectly. She was super helpful when I couldn’t decide what to order, gave great suggestions, and even asked if I had any preferences or allergies. You can really tell they care about giving great customer service. Definitely made my day — thank you!

I’ve been an SK customer for nearly 30 years, and this location needs a customer service makeover. Take a page from 7Brew or Chick-fil-A. No one wants to spend their hard-earned money on poor service and poorly made drinks, especially in this economy.
