Very poor service! I ordered online and added the note the way i wanted my sandwich and sauces. Sandwich was not baked, i added 7 sauce and he doesn’t added any sauce. Told him to toast sandwich with veggies, veggies are raw. Very bad experience. Want suggest any one this location.

They told me they don’t take coupons for hot subs only cold subs. I’ve never heard that from any other subway. Definitely won’t be returning.

The absolute worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life… Bread was stale and hard. The one thing they have to get right fresh bread and it was awful. I bought two cookies both were stale. Not to mention the guys working there seem like they regret their life choices. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway. I ordered the Philly. Onions and pepper were raw. Small portion of meat was cold, it started that way evidently because the cheese was not even close to being melted. Asked for double meat-hate to see what the regular portion is. Bread was stale, fit only for the birds. Unfortunately I ate it as I am house bound in a foot cast. I rarely post negative reviews, this merits one. Too bad, when I pick up, sandwich is always excellent. What happened?! Called store, no manager on site till tomorrow. I will call back and update this review accordingly. EDIT NEXT DAY: got a ride and took my casted foot to store and spoke with Fabio-manager. He said without sandwich and receipt he could do nothing. I had receipt and photo of sandwich. Nope. Last night employee said nothing about having sandwich present. Empty apology from manager. Meaningless. Next time I’m house bound I’ll eat peanut butter and jelly.

I ordered my reg and they charged me for cheese even tho i asked if its going to be charged. Not only did i get charged for getting my sandwich cooked but also sitting on their tables!

I’m very disappointed.
First time (December 2024) when i was going to buy a sandwich, they were showing it’s open (It was weekend). But when i just entered the restaurant, the guy told me it’s closed. I left and searched for another location.
After a couple of weeks, again, one of the weekends I searched for the nearby subway, and they were showing it’s open. When i entered, 2 customers were sitting at a table, and 3rd customer was ordering their sandwich. As soon as the guy saw me (It was the same guy), he said “sorry we are closing.” This time, I asked, “but it’s showing there is still an hour left to close?” He replied something which I seriously don’t understand. I went and sat in my car and tried to call the same restaurant. The same guy answered, and I asked if they were open? He said on the phone that yes! they are open and will close after an hour. I answered that then why when I entered you told me it’s closed? He responded “ohh it’s you, you can come in. I’ll make a sandwich for you.” When I entered, I said it’s totally unprofessional. What is this? He asked me, “What kind of sandwich would you like?” I asked him a foot long tuna. Now he replies, “Oh, we are out of tuna.” I was like, wow. He seems not interested in serving customers. When he saw I was dissatisfied, he says, let me check if we have tuna in kitchen. I stopped him by saying, “You know what, never mind. Looks like you don’t want to work. Leave it.” And I left.
Will never ever go to this location and would never recommend anyone. Save your time and find any other location.

They don’t even deserve 1 star but there is no option for 0 I ordered online and pay by Apple Pay. When I went to pick up there was a guy who they want me to pay for the wrong order. I refused to pay because I already pay what I order online. I asked him to call the manager, there was a girl who said I’m the manager so I told her everything but she said I have to talk to the owner, and she went back to the office and when she came back she told me to pay the difference. None of the employees has their name tag so I don’t have anybody’s name. I refused to pay because it was not my fault for that wrong order. I left my order their that I pay for. Its was really bad experience. I’m not going to that store again. Really really bad customer service from top to bottom. If they are involved as those two employees told me.
