Since it’s new opening… I’ve had great service thru the window.
Today was no different, the guy was nice the food was hot, but where did my 2 Taco’s go?? They didn’t make it to my bag….. The Taco’s sere the main reason why I go to Jack in the Box……. Got home and was really disappointed not to have my , However, the Ultimate bacon cheeseburger was on point ❤️ !!
I really wished I had checked closer. Next time…. Drive thru or not I’m un packing the bag.

Visited this Jack in the Box this morning and ordered a Deluxe Croissant and hash browns. What I got, unfortunately, was a pretty unappetizing show of poor hygiene. The staff member wasn’t wearing gloves on the hand handling my food, and that’s just a big no-no in any fast-food place. To top it off, when I asked for a refund, no manager was around to help. I ended up leaving pretty disappointed. Bottom line: food safety rules are there for a reason, and it’d be nice if this location remembered that. Keep the money Jack and pay your employees enough to care.
