Great Subway! Easy to spot off of Ball with a convenient entryway and parking right in front of the door.
The sandwich maker was extremely nice and super fast. He had a line out the door because he was working by himself, but he maintained his cool, didn’t look like he was stressed or rushed even though he was moving like lightning to get every sandwich done.
Pleasant guy, hope they get him help!
Learned there’s no Subway Club here, so got the American Club – roast beef subbed out for bacon.

Awful first time experience on a Subway. The old lady that took our order was very rude and did not pay attention to our order. We asked for a cheesy steak and pointed at the menu in front of her that it was number 31; she was not even looking at us or paying attention to what we were saying so she made the wrong sandwich and when I asked her if she was making the cheesy steak as we asked from the start, she got annoyed and pointed out “that’s 31 not 21” as if we didn’t just say 31. Sandwich was awful, pretzel footlong was salty, awful service.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in June. I have not gone back since. I guess I suffered at the hands of the same guy that others have mentioned. He had a really really terrible attitude. Why does he even choose to work in the hospitality industry with that attitude? The owner/operator is equally disappointing — I filled out a complaint online (especially because I paid for a sandwich I did not have). My complaint was forwarded to him by Subway.
This owner did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint. It is now 4 weeks later. Unprofessional does not even come close to describing this behavior.
I repeat — the behavior of the guy who dealt with me, and consequently the store owner — has convinced me that the rot probably started from the top. Simply unbelievable.

This was my first time here I have my coupon for $10 foot long meal combo for my daughter and we ate at home and the employees didn’t even smile not friendly whatsoever and they didn’t give our sandwich with CHEESE I should’ve made our sandwich more complete and satisfying. I’m never going back here. Poor management , poor customer service and poor quality service.

I like buying sandwiches there. Usually same man is there. Very polite and place is clean. This time older lady & seemed to be rushed & took her time to finally wait on me. I was only customer. My sandwich was ok but my husbands wasn’t very good. Seemed short on meat & cheese.

As a former manager of two Subways, it bugs me if they build one sandwich at a time. We made meat setups. I can put out at least 10 – 1 sandwiches over now.

Just drove all the way down here on a Tuesday at 4:30, and their inexplicably closed. You just wasted my time so I’m giving you a bad review. Will always think twice before going here now. Should’ve thought about that the last time I came here because my sandwich made me throw up
