NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY. My husband and I visited for dinner last week and while the food was tasty before we even ordered I let them know that there was a peanut/treenut allergy at the table. I like to get everything made allergy-safe so my husband and I can share. Unfortunately my noodle bowl came out with a good handful of peanuts in it. Thankfully my husband hadn’t eaten any of it, but they were hidden under other topping originally and I didn’t discover them until I ate one. As soon as we told the staff they replaced it for us, which was nice, but after that I don’t feel safe with us eating there. Had he decided to try it we would have ended up in the ER. Again this place is great if you don’t have allergies – but if you do, I would avoid it!

Very good pho. Just be sure and read the menu if you don’t know what to order. Sometimes surprises are fun and sometimes they are weird haha. I asked the server for whatever her favorite was. Probably not the best idea if you are not an educated pho consumer. I ended up with some really good broth and noodles, but would have ordered differently if I had read the menu. Totally my own fault, but it was still really good and I would go back and be surprised again!

First time here, bun bo hue was tasty, and mi xao gion was flavorful, and most importantly ice water tasted clean, ( i cant stand a restaurant with nasty dirty tasting water) and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back again next time we’re in town. ❤️ Diem

The food, quantity and quality were exceptional, but i did find service to be lacking. It was very busy, but still I would have expected someone to refill tea or at least check on us after serving the food. I’m also disappointed in the checkout process, including the inability to leave a custom tip, you could only pick from 18% and up. What ever happened to 15% being standard and higher amounts reserved for exceptional service, which we did not receive. However, I couldn’t finish my meal and had to leave quite a bit behind. Next time I’ll order the small bowl and maybe an appetizer if I feel really hungry.

Been coming here for 8 years and it’s always been so so good!! Been gatekeeping this place too long, you want good pho? This is the way to go, sick days, cold days, even hot days I always enjoy it here!!

Our family prefers the seasoning of this location over the other ones they have in NWA.

Their rice dishes, and Pho is delicious and is actually better than some places in Dallas, which is where we’re from.

It tends to be busy quite quite often each time we’re there and service isn’t the best. The first time they forgot to include one of the items we ordered and then the next time, it took 10-15 minutes after my wife got her pho for me to get my rice dish. But they are friendly and we can look past that.

Overall we’ll be back

I have liked Vietnamese food in the past so I have been meaning to try this place out for a couple years since I moved here.
At the front door it says the prices have increased. Okay whatever that means.
When I was making my selection twice I asked the hostess that seated me if the price was $14 whatever and she seemed to imply, despite what seemed a vast language barrier, the menu price was accurate.
She then abandoned me for the duration and a male server took my order, brought it to table and at check out.
The ingredients seemed average, the broth pleasant at first impression and then too salty…
When I went to the register to pay the cost was actually $16 something.. I did not get a drink… And the male server had a look in his eye when telling me the wrong price that should be listed on the menu. Laughing at me? Gloating I was in an awkward unfair situation?
Is raising the price of meals two dollars a humiliation ritual practiced on us dumb people eating out?
I can say nearly every single time I have eaten out in Fayetteville, I have regretted it.
I will never return to this restaurant, that is for sure.
It should list the prices on the menu. It is not hard to update prices since they already changed prices of another section with a marker.
Shame on places like this that are scamming customers with false pricing – regardless of the vague sign on the front door.

Their egg rolls ( yes I’m eating food intolerant foods for me again) are mostly all meat instead of cabbage. They are good.

I’m not fond of the meatball texture in the broth.
Steamed veggies are plain ( great for strict diets) but good with soy sauce!

They may not ask to refill your drink depending who you get. Just ask.

Food is consistently so good. Pho broth is on point – savory, well balanced, flavorful. The a2 is also great, definitely get it. Service is good, sometimes they get slammed busy but have patience, it’s worth it! Kind of unassuming location but really a treasure – usually trek over at least a couple times a month.

Best Pho in NWA we’ve Had! My husband got the P1, I got the H1 with clear noodles. Both were delicious! Egg rolls are crunchy and flavorful, about 5 inches long. Definitely recommend!
