I am driver. I have 2 order for doordash en Subway. I am having a bad experience with the subway staff. Online orders by application are the last ones made. The young man tells me as he sits down that he hasn’t done anything and it will take some time to do so. Well, it’s the treatment they give not only to the driver but also to the customer who orders online at this restaurant. Before me there are other drivers waiting. It is unfortunate that this quality of service occurs in such a well-known food store.

I come here very often and don’t have any issues. Most of the staff is nice, there is one lady that seems as if the food is coming directly from her check. She is a little stingy. But this place isn’t bad at all. Good overall.

If I could give it no stars I would definitely not been giving it any. Customer service is highly important and unfortunately this Subway location #10483-0 failed!! The Indian employee Ramika is extremely rude!!! made it so uncomfortable for me to eat there. She kept slamming things around while making my sandwich, she had a attitude the whole time, her body language and facial expressions made it obvious I was bothering her for walking through the door. As soon as I paid for my order she threw the sandwich on the counter heading in my direction. No thank you, no you’re welcome, no nothing but a horrible experience!!!

I stopped in at 3pm which is listed as a least busiest time on G-maps and that wasn’t the case.I get a 1/2 lunch and This location is single staffed or other employee was not available. Poor employee Destiny was bombarded with indecisive and rude guests but I was impressed with her patience and professionalism. Excellent customer service skills, Destiny gets 5⭐rating.

Used to be a place to get a crappy sandwich for cheap the owner raised his prices you’re better off to go to a real sandwich shop Jersey Mikes, Jimmy John’s, Lascaris or another Italian deli for the same price you’ll get a real sandwich with real meat.
$5 sandwich is still a good value just make sure you stick to those not worth paying nine bucks for a turkey sandwich and it’s not even real turkey.

Show up 15 minutes before closing and they are closed and locked up. Why waste the ink to post a sign saying you are open holiday hours if you are closing earlier? It’s OK, they always run out of bread anyway
