I star is way to much for these people and this place. I love subway but these people are rude, treat your food like trash, they need to be cleared and at least have some customer service training. If a salad is $12+ (which I dont mind) at least train your people. This place sucks!!!!! Looking for better options around this neighborhood. It is not worth the time and bad experience just to come to this place.

If you order a warm sub from here, expect to microwave it when get home. Sandwiches are usually cold, missing an ingredient, and all around underwhelming. I was hoping the new management would improve the quality, but they just raised the prices, the poor service is the only consistency. Save your time and taste buds and go literally anywhere else.

Terrible/rude service! There’s always someone new. No wonder staff doesn’t last. The food doesn’t look fresh. There’s always something that doesn’t work or they’re out.
They close at 10pm but the “lobby” closes at 8pm. WTH…just because the employees clean before and don’t want to stay past 10. And on top of it, there’s no bathroom.

Do not go to this store. The workers are horrible! I ordered a pastrami sandwich thru uber eats for pick up and was given a lettuce, mayo and mustard sandwich.
When I got home and noticed it I call them and they said they were out of pastrami. Why wouldn’t you tell me that when I picked up the order!!! Instead you let me walk out with a wrong sandwich.

Very very Disappointed! Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. We ordered and they had No Spinach. No Ice. Like 98° outside. Napkins had to be asked for? Tops for the cups had to ask? I’ve Not experienced this in many Subways. Maybe that’s why there were NO customers. First clue. I’ll never eat there Again! Wow
