No one picks up a phone. When I came in person, I asked if they had a veggie patty, and they said yes. So I waited in a line for 2-foot-long sandwiches with a veggie patty, and my husband paid for meter parking. WhenI was my turn to order, they said they don’t have veggie patties. So we paid for parking and waited in line for nothing.

Not sure who to blame BUT i used Grubhub+ to order a sandwich, sweet tea and a cookie. The sandwich was nothing bad but nothing special, the cookie was very tasty and the sweet tea was unsweetened. Why is it so hard to get a simple detail right?

They were fast with my order and it was honestly done right. I was. A bit annoyed with the guy when I wanted to chose the chocolate chip cookie for my combo but he refused to give it to me because he said he wanted to buy it and offered an alternative… then don’t put it there for customers to buy?

The owner is so worried about his cost effectiveness, he skimps on the toppings. He only gives the bare minimums and even will shirt you a little. I’ve been to a lot of subways and I’ve never had suck a slim sandwich as a get at this location. For only $3 more you’re better off going to Roxbury Cafe around the corner. They have good food and it’s plentiful!

Absolutely disgusting! Got The champ (chicken) sandwich today and the chicken stinks (not fresh at all). My wife still feels unwell. Also got myself the steak & cheese which again is so poor in quality. Steak was mushy & very salty. Awful experience that will probably leave me doubting every other Subway I may come across.
