This place at this location sucks. I used a coupon and picked the steak. Macaroni sandwich tasted nasty. I called and told him that I wanted to swap it. They agreed in the lady that works. They did fix my sandwich just perfect. I had a coupon and they gave me the discount. But when I asked for the free cookie, which was offered with purchase. He said sorry I forgot to include it and said next time. What!!!! I kept pointing it out as he was ringing up the order. I guess he thought I didn’t need the cookie.

Walk in and say I have a pick up and the dude has AirPods in and doesn’t acknowledge me at all. I then sit there for 15 minutes and watch big boy take that entire time to make 4 sandwiches. I thought to myself “you almost have to TRY to go that slow”… never worked in food or service industry but I, with 0 experience whatsoever, could have hopped over the counter and made those Sammie’s faster.
