Unfortunately, a language barrier made this lunch a somewhat of a difficult experience. Even though I was polite, speaking softly and clearly, placing the order was cumbersome for all concerned. I also asked for the senior discount, the employee said “Yes.” When the order was received, the pricing was wrong with no senior discount.
At this point, I ate what was put before me and moved on!

Worst sandwich I have ever eaten. I ordered the Italian Herb and they made my sandwich with a day or two day white bread. The top was so tough I couldn’t bite it. I ended up taking out the insides and eating them separately.

Stopped there on Monday afternoon, September 23, 2024..got a turkey vegetable wrap for $13.99.
The lettuce was brown, and the spinach was not existent.. one slice of turkey and cheese very minimal, and the bathrooms were out of order ..
This place used to be so good 10 years ago!… when the owners cared about great service and great product now it’s a mess !!
My prediction is that they won’t be in business for very long !

The worst sandwiches I have ever had at any other subway I have visited. We got bogo. Two sandwiches with little to no.meet and very skimpy veggies and sauce. My husband’s sandwich the bread was stale with very little meat veggies or sauce. The should be ashamed for serving such poor quality sandwiches

So until yesterday, I frequented this subway. There was a new girl as is the norm nowadays. She seemed friendly enough. We ordered our sandwiches. I ordered the same sandwich that I’ve ordered for more than 20 years in many different Subway’s. A footling Cold Cut Combo on white. She slices the bread open and proceeds to place about 4 slices of meat out of the bundle on the bread, then reached back for a couple more pieces. I asked “don’t I get all the meat”. She said they’re only allotted so much per sandwich. “But this is literally a sandwich with all 3 meats that go on it”. She replies with the fact that this was what she was told to do.
So if that’s how she’s making sandwiches… they’re stealing from their customers. Good job.

I was charged $37.15 for two foot long roast beef with cheese sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and one Dr Pepper. When did Subway get so expensive??? The bread is totally hard and The server looked totally unhappy with his job to boot

Horrible customer service. The lady with black hair and wearing gold bracelets on her right arm was my server. I asked nicely if they have sourdough bread, she replied with in a rude tone “we don’t have sourdough, it hasn’t been on the menu for 6-9 months”. I was treated like I am stupid. This subway and it’s management has gone down and the franchises should pull them off and not allow them to be a part of their affiliation.

I got a California turkey club wrap today and it was $14?! That’s insane. And it was not good at all.. smothered in mayo and the wrap wasn’t even wrapped up properly. The two guys working weren’t friendly either. I won’t be going back.
