Absolutely phenomenal food! Super fresh despite us coming in couple hours before closing.
Got the brisket and sausage plate w beans and potato salad, and the portions were absolutely amazing for the price! One plate could serve three of us if we portioned it honestly!!!
Its so insane too, we just live down the street, and for sure I will be trying my best to come down here every weekend.
One note is that the outdoor dining environment was a lil buggy, makes sense for where it is though. (May have had a little encounter w a baby scorpion) Other than that, no one was hurt and we left sufficed. I will be back for more!!

A hidden gem. I ordered a combo meal it fed me twice. The meats were smoked with the right balance. The chicken was the size of a small turkey. Both side were very flavorful. I will definitely be frequenting it especially during football season. I would highly recommend this establishment for your barbecue fix.

Great little hidden gem BBQ food trailer. Awesome meats (I tried brisket and ribs), all cooked on site in a detached smoker trailer. Only outdoor seating available, but located under this gorgeous oak tree; it was 90 degrees out when we were there but well shaded and a cool breeze made it comfortable. They have a few games available (like cornhole and washers). Definitely swinging by and checking out!

Go hungry, leave full! Food was fresh, plentiful and fast. We had brisket, chicken and ribs along with potato salad and slaw. Everything was seasoned and cooked really well!!

There is a barbed wire fence too close to the road here. The bbq is fine, but the fence is so close that it makes me unhappy whenever I think about it. I saw them putting it up and should have said something then, but this is Texas.
