Naval air station Fallon Subway Leadership

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the rude and disrespectful customer service I recently encountered at your Subway restaurant. The experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

Upon entering the establishment, I approached the counter to place my order. However, instead of being greeted with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, the employee displayed a condescending and dismissive attitude. It was clear that they had no interest in providing quality customer service.

To make matters worse, when I requested to have bacon added to my sandwich and heated up, I was met with unnecessary hostility. The employee seemed irritated by such a simple request, as if it were an inconvenience to them. Their tone and body language were highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when patronizing your establishment. The rude behavior exhibited by your employee not only tarnished my dining experience but also reflects poorly on your brand as a whole.

I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly. It is crucial for your team to understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and treating each customer with dignity. No one should have to endure such disrespectful treatment when simply attempting to enjoy a meal.

I sincerely hope that you take my complaint seriously and take appropriate actions to rectify this situation. Your attention to this matter will not only regain my trust as a customer but also ensure that others do not have to endure similar treatment in the future.

Tried the new foot long pretzel cookie & the chirro all were fantastic bought 1 of each & splits with husband it was a great meal. Tasted great & more than enough for a meal. I’m in my 70s so I can eat whatever i want so don’t judge me.

The food and atmosphere is good. Although the people working need to understand not everyone has time to talk. Fast, timely, and friendly should be the standard. Today it took 15 and a half mins to get a sandwich with only two people in line.

This was a last resort for a brown bag lunch for the field. It’s open early in the morning and ready to make sandwiches. Very clean kitchen and dining area. My bread was freshly made and was served with a delicious sandwich. The only thing missing was the eggs to make breakfast sandwiches.

Now I see why the low rating for services from this establishment. One young lady in particular that works there was rude and condescending when asked about the ingredients of a particular item on the menu. I don’t know if she is on the spectrum but she shouldn’t be allowed to interact with the public if she is going to exhibit the behavior I witnessed.

The people that work here are amazing i go in every week when I shop at the commissary on the base. They know what I want and are so pleasant to talk to . I wish the one in town was as good as this one I never use the one in town only the one on the base so don’t change anything

My mother ordered a sub for lunch in the am before she headed to work. It was all wrong. I went up to get her a new one as she could not leave. They informed me I would need to bring the other sandwich in as proof even tho my mother FaceTimed me and showed them it was not consumed and it was not what she had ordered. They still made me go pick up the wrong order 5miles away to get a remake and then drive back to GIVE it to her. The customer service is horrible. The employees are slow. Sometimes accepting responsibility goes along way when it was clearly wrong. And not making a person go pick up a wrong order to bring it in to get the right one. I hope they threw that sandwich away. Once the customer takes possession of an item they are not allowed to take it back without it going directly in the trash. It served no purpose except to waste my time and make me never go back.

Visited the store, I was the only customer there, I ordered two sandwiches. Two people were working one was complaining about having to help customers. When my order was finish she walked away and started making sandwiches with the other employee. I waited, then asked can you please ring me up. She says “I’m working on online orders and will have to take my gloves off and then put new ones on.” I said, I’m here in front of you, are you saying online orders are more important than a customer in front of you?” She groaned as if I put her out to pay for my food. She needs to be fired….. complains about helping customers and treats them this way. I’ll never go back into this store again.

Food was made very sloppily. There is also a sign that states if you do not get a receipt then the order will be on them, when I did not get a receipt I brought this up and they refused to cover it or do anything about it. They accused me of lying for it and printed me a receipt and that would not abide by their policy.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this subway, from the quality and how they treat people there are much better places to eat around here.
