We were hesitant to stop here because of reviews, and our fears were confirmed. Subway prides itself on customization and yet we were told items could not be “substituted” after starting our sub. They were out of many items like olives, mayo, peppers, all beverages, etc. Overall though, the food we did receive was ok. The real problem came from the service. There were three people working, one was trying to hide in the back and not work, one was clueless and not helpful, and one was literally quoted saying “i’m going to throw a temper tantrum like a toddler”. All while ordering we heard said employee complain about everything and anything. At several points all employees went out of view and didn’t help us. They rung up our meal before finishing and then left out of sight for a couple minutes. While sitting in random dirty gas station eating we heard the temper tantrum employee tell a group of 7 that “there will be delays because we’ve been working for two hours”. Yes, as if that isn’t the job?
Anyways… tldr… service sucks, food is subpar mostly because of missing items, but you don’t have many other options. Stop at your own expense 🙂

This subway is what joy tastes like. I didn’t get his name but the guy that built this masterpiece has my utmost respect. The people that live here are lucky to have such a good spot, I was making a pit stop on a long drive and found this gem and it was the best subway I’ve had hands down. Made my day so thank you stranger!

It was clean inside and was mostly a good time. The food was skibidi and there wasn’t much fanum taxing going on.
I was really disappointed when I heard that they didn’t have cucumbers or onions!! Like onions are really important in sandwiches so how are you out.
Anyways. The bread was a little stale (yes I got it toasted but it wasn’t a toasted kind of stale it was like an old kind of stale, probably left for a few days but it’s fine.)
The chips were good which I don’t need to say much since it’s just chips.
Got a six inch spicy sandwich and it was really good. Will come again.
Please have your onions in stock next time subway!!

Came in during a road trip several people in front of us, four people with my group, and a couple more behind. Thought it would be a long wait.
However learned that when Zoey is working that isn’t the case. Even with tons of people in the store she never stopped, moving quickly kindly asking people “what would you like today” in a cheerful voice.
I’ve worked in a sandwich shop and know it can frustrating. She did incredible though so I had to ask her name for the review.

I ordered 2 footlongs
The guy fixing the sandwich’s was yawning all over the food counter
Kept going to the back to wipe his nose and didn’t wash his hands
The girl at the cash register refused to accept the coupon I handed her
Not giving a reason as to why I wasn’t able to use the coupon
So I paid for both footlongs
Got home called to ask why she wouldn’t use the coupon on my order she said I didn’t order a drink
But she never asked me what drink I wanted she only refused the coupon
The assistant manager is just as ignorant as she stated The cashier was a new hire working only two weeks what’s the excuse for the person fixing my sandwiches yawning all over the food counter that store is a health hazard and they will make excuses for their lack of intelligence

I replied I don’t make mistakes
The mistake of that subway store is hiring an assistant manager that makes excuses for the lack of proper training of her employees

I ordered 3 sandwiches off the Mobil app and on two of my sandwiches they mixed the bread up u orders an Ultimate BMT with white bread they gave me Italian herb and cheese bread and the second sandwich that was mixed up asked for Italian herb and cheese and has the white bread luckily they got the rest of that order right

Ordered for curbside pickup because I didn’t want to go in, end of a long day with wet hair, curlers and no makeup. I know nobody cares but I do. Order rec’d in app but would never pop up when it would be ready. So I called the store from parking lot and they tell me they didn’t receive the order. So now I take my hair out of curlers and go in and conversation goes back and forth and finally a gal says, yeah we got your order but it will be a few minutes. Not a problem, I am in my car. Go back out and put curlers back in and here comes person with the sandwiches. They didn’t have the cookies we ordered but they had some others and I said that would be fine. I asked about the chips and he said he forgot them. I asked about the drinks and he said I had to come in for them. What? So I go in, mind you I paid extra to get the drinks in a bottle not from the fountain. He gives me the cookies and chips. I asked for the drinks and they start to hand me cups, no no I paid extra for bottled drinks. She says they have no bottled drinks. I asked for my money back and I could tell that was gonna take to much for them to figure out. They offer as only compensation I can have large fountain drinks. I said just never mind and left. To top it off when I get home there is not one person that can barely eat the bread cuz it is tough!!! Obviously not fresh, maybe from yesterday or early this morning and left out. We all dumped the sand which insides out on plate and got forks. Store seemed clean is at least something and reason for stars on atmosphere.

This location is probably my favorite location you are not in line very long The employees are constantly moving they greet you when you walk in the door very friendly if you do go there often they know your order always saying hello just one of my kids favorite place for a really excellent sandwich for a good price they have a really nice app where they’re always doing buy one get one I really enjoy this subway
