Waited for 20 minutes for 2 prime rib burgers a large fry and a large cheese curd… My fries came out cold and old,,, my cheese curds were so overcooked there is no cheese in them and you can tell they were cooked in old oil… Both burgers had no mayonnaise hardly any mushrooms or onions… Terrible… The girl in the Drive-Thru window was nice…. The food was great and the service was perfect. From order till delivery was about 5 minutes. Dining area was clean and well let. The menu was easy to read. Plenty of parking and easy access to the restaurant from the main road.

We went through the drive-though on our first visit to Freddy’s. It took a couple of minutes for the food to be prepared, but it was freshly made. The taste proved that the wait was worth it. Polite server and good food is hard to beat. Price was fair.

This place is so cute but extremely small. I mean small to the point to where I can see having issues maneuvering a wheelchair between tables. The food was good, no different than any other fast food but there didn’t seem to be very many choices. Restrooms are clean, wheelchair accessible and have changing tables. Atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Staff was extremely friendly. I personally don’t love ice cream but frozen custard is much better. This place is still new so I will definitely try it again and update.

First experience and most likely the last. Place wasn’t busy but it was nearly impossible to get help. Waited nearly 20 minutes for food, ordered shakes and was told they wasn’t anywhere present with the ability to make them. Burger was barely palatable and absolutely smothered in sauce.

12/15/25 visit and no Christmas music. Staff looked bored or uninterested. Prices are too high, with cheapest burger over $10 for meal. Ice cream sandwiches were tiny, and thin now but charging $1.99. Not festive or lively and looked very barren at 6 pm!

Ordered the cheese fries and traditional burger and both were terrible . The cashier was nice but the burger is soggy and very little anything.
To make matters worse after I ordered my food i took a short walk to the ladies room. I return to get my drink and a older Caucasian male accosts me!!
He’s getting closer and closer to me asking me to take him home? He’s so close I can smell his breath and damp clothing. Then he continues to whisper insults in my ears pertaining to my spouse!!!
This pervert has me pushed into the counter and as I’m trying to leave he then grabs my tray of food and takes it to the table. I’m already sick and can’t defend myself but my husband confronted him.
I didn’t want to see a fight so I just didn’t say all of what he did or said. It’s a horrible experience and I will never return.

I had door dashed a kids burger combo meal and a shake. Forgot the shake, food was cold, wet, and soggy. Do better Freddy’s. I worked fast food, it never took an HOUR AND 15 minutes for it to get out.
