I ordered online and asked for extra everything. Subway is way too expensive to be messing up peoples orders. I received no lettuce , and barely any toppings plus my sub was cold . The lady barely spoke English and couldn’t understand me when I went inside and asked for the pickup order under my name, so there was no point in going back to complain because she would’ve had no idea what I was saying.

The cuban lady made my sandwich so skimpy when I just literally watch her make another cuban lady sandwich big. She made sure to put big scoops of topping on the other lady sandwich but when it came to mines she pinched the topping. I had to ask for more lettuce which she took another pinch to put on my sandwich. This will be the last time I come to this Subway.

My sandwich was made in hurry. No bacon. Lettuce was at the bottom the thing. Kinda brown to. Bacon supposed to come on it. Didn’t even cut the bread half really. Tore it. I’ve been in the morning. And it’s way better but tonight. Not good. I’m a local too.

Love this place. Staff always tries to be as helpful as they can. Melanie helped me today and did an amazing job making good quality sandwiches. Unfortunately as I arrived she was being rudely yelled at by a customer for an order that was messed up the night prior. She did her best to deescelate and be patient to arrive at an acceptable compromise.

This location is worst subway I have visited in Las Vegas. Ordered a titan turkey it was basically a bread sandwich with 6 tiny thin pieces of turkey on a feet long sandwich and supposed to have double the cheese and more meat. It only had 3 thin slices of turkey on both halves and one slice of cheese on the entire sandwich and the bread was hard as a rock. I ordered a Titian turkey and got a ridiculous joke of a sandwich. I called several times and send an email and the manager never even had the decency to call or reply back. This quality of the product is terrible and the owner and manager seem ok with this. I would not waste my money going to this location. The product here is not consistent with other subway locations.

Service sub par, ingredients made me feel sick from ordering meatball sub. Tuna was nasty also. Been here 4 times and will not be back after today. Went was patiently waiting to ask a question and the young lady was very rude to the other customers and was mad at a online order ? I understand shortage but you don’t be sassy with the customers i walked out, not going to have my business with that attitude.
Update 2/17/25 gave another shot look no meat all veggies stay away. And veggies were cold I put in instructions to heat the bell peppers and onions. Cold and hard veggies

There was only 1 staff member who didn’t wanted to work there. Not a welcoming atmosphere. The person serving the food had no smile and made the experience feel uncomfortable.

Didn’t appreciate the fly in my salad or the fact that I tried calling about it and no one answered. I work in fast food as well so I understand how it can happen, but I’d like corrective actions to be taken when I try to communicate.

Put in order on app with a friend. Asked for garlic aoili and mustard on the side. They took the liberty of putting it on both sandwiches. I hate mustard. Thanks for wasting my money. Never again. Y’all can’t get an order right for nothing. And we tipped yall.
