The young lady who made my sandwich was delightful, and it was one of the best Subway sandwiches I’ve ever gotten. She double toasted it for me, so it had a little bit of crisp to it which I prefer. She was extremely personable. She was also very efficient and extremely pleasant.

Workers here are doing a good job on my tuna bowls. They are well portioned and the quality and taste has been excellent. I’ve been to Subways far & wide and not every one can keep up. The workers at this location are very polite, attentive, and skilled. Keep up the great work.

Waited 50 minutes at the drive through. The employee was sorry she forgot I was there but then rude and unhelpful when she charged me for a footlong when I gave her a paper with clearly written 6 inch on it then she slammed the window shut and ignored when i honked lightly so i went inside she then refused to correct her mistake and said there’s no manager on site would not tell me when there would be one she was rude and unprofessional could barely see the name on her tag but it looked like Lilian or something close to it. This employee needs to be retrained or there needs to be a manager on site. Also after getting home there was incorrect bread and no cheese on either sandwhich and the bread was burnt and hard. My daughter didn’t even want it. Was a waste of money and I was overcharged.

I had a coupon for a foot long sandwich for $7.99. When I got to the cash register the employee told me, that it takes 2 weeks, for the coupons to be valid. I have never heard of this before. So I was charged full price for my sandwich. I had received the coupon flyer in the mail, last week. Is this true, that it takes 2 weeks for the coupon to be valid?

The employees there were kind. The only issue that I really had was when I ordered my food and asked for the elite chicken bacon ranch he gave me steak instead. And my cousin who was with me asked for a cold cut and she was given the ultimate BMT. We both are pretty understanding and we ate what we were given but to avoid a potential angry customer please make sure to possibly double check what was asked for.

We ordered online since we are traveling and just want to grab and go! Called to delay pick up by 15mins and they couldn’t find my online order. The worker who answered was super friendly and understanding and took our order to make sure it was ready when we arrived. When we arrived to pick up, everything was ready to go so we got lunch and continued with our travel! The ladies at the pickup window were so friendly!! Thank you!!!!

I come here often, and my sandwich is never right, I got extra mustard instead of mayo. And I asked if I could get a drink added to the order and the worker said it was “too late” after already swiping my card. Fast food workers want a higher wage, but continue to get it wrong.
