I never leave a review as I’m in retail customer service as well…with 18 years of management in high volume store and experience in food service as well. This store deserves an awful review though and I can’t allow this to continue there. The employees have their headphones on every day and cannot hear what you order, getting orders wrong and then arguing with you about what they heard. One employee in particular. A younger girl with a “could care less” attitude. I did not get her name but she always has headphones in her ears while working. Both of them. This makes for an awful experience for your customers. She needs to do better. I had to go fix an order and when I told her what she did wrong the first time, she argued with me on what the oder was. Im not sure how the training goes here, but I never allow my employees to argue with anyone. We just make it right and do better which is the advice I will give this location. If you don’t agree or like working for people, you shouldnt work for people. Period. Make changes. Do better. From one manager to another.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I am in the Galleria mall where this subway is located. It’s labor day and the mall is open until 6:00PM. I walk up to subwqy SANDWICH shop at 5:30 PM …the young guy working there tells me he’s closed and not making sandwiches anymore NOW MIND YOU IT’S 30 minutes to closing AND HE’s making SANDWICHES not hot food cooking it!! Even if it was heated he’s popping it into the friggin microwave NOT actually cooking the meat!! I Wonder if his Boss knows he closed up shop before 5:30PM! EVERY OTHER FOOD PLACE in that food court was open! I ended up taking my money to Panda express right next to Subway! This young dude needs to realize just because ur lazy as hell doesn’t mean you can close up shop 30 min early!! And his excuse was he literally said to me “well it’s labor day” he’s lucky I just told him never mind and walk away. I hope his boss reads this…tell him that’s not how customer service works. You work until closing time PERIOD!! The business owner lost money because of the employees laziness to make a friggin 5min two sandwiches!!

Food was ready when I went to pick it which was nice. They messed up the cookies in my order though. Refused to switch out my drinks to a cup even though I watched her charge the people she was helping infront of me for a small instead of a large. Was able to do it for them at a lower price but refused me even though I would’ve paid the difference. There was no option to order a cup online as well and I ordered a green tea and got a sweet tea.

If I could give a none star I would do it. First of all bad service. Food was nasty. The meat tasted like it was going bad already on the cold cut sandwich.
I paid for the combo. My daughter got a drink. I asked for a water cup. And they wanted to charge for a dam cup. Seriously. It’s getting out of hand. Girls laughed when I said I ain’t paying for a water cup.

We ordered our normal order (it took them awhile to get to us when there were only 2 people in line) faster we ordered we asked for 4 cups and she gave us 3 then we were distracted trying to figure out the cup situation she was pressuring my grandma to press add tip then the lady pressed it herself when we weren’t looking we noticed on the receipt and we asked for the money back she said she couldn’t give it back (she was lying) we then asked for a refund if we couldn’t get the money back and she gave us the money back. Horrible experience don’t go to this subway unless you want your money stolen.

Less than competent customer service from employees to the manager. Ordered for pickup and they 1. Let my order sit there until it was soggy, 2. Made my order wrong, 3. Refused a refund even though I had receipt and the merchandise, 4. I couldn’t get in touch with the area supervisor nor anyone from corporate. I ended up having to dispute the charges through my bank.

Usually have a good experience here. Don’t wait long before I’m being help. Honestly sometimes I just come for the cookies! Which is why I give 4 instead of 5, because sometimes the cookies are burnt and/or old and hard. Also when they don’t have any and I ask for them to make me some, I don’t mind waiting, they refuse to do so. Other locations always do it for me. ♀️

They want people to pay $10 for a loaf of bread. You pay the price for the sandwich for the meat AND all of the stuff that go on it. They would let me buy the loaf only a couple of months ago for a dollar and some odd cents at this location. But now they want to charge for a whole sandwich? How ridiculous.

The service is so bad!!! I was there today and we stood for 15 minutes, no employees was in the front. No sign that says they are on break. There was 7 people in line waiting and noone was here to cater to our needs. 4/13/2024 @4:45-5:00pm
