Avoid this location if you want a specific order. The manager (Erika) was incredibly rude when I asked for extra olives. Instead of accommodating a simple request or following company policy, she told me I wasn’t welcome back. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Subway.

During hours of operation I found the door locked, nobody visable inside and some of the interior lights were off. An upside down hand written note on the door said to go to the drive through. The drive through menu was turned off with a soggy illegible note stuck to it. Finally, there was a sloppy note, written on the back of an old receipt, stuck to the pickup window with a note to “honk” if I wanted something.

I had a very poor experience with Hannah at Subway. From being flipped off and being told that I am rude every time I come through the drivethru to being made a sub par quality sandwich because Hannah does not like me… I was also told that I should find another subway. I have called the area manager 2 times with no response. Does not seem much like they care… The menu prices in the drive thru do not match what they are asking you to pay, and every time I go they are out of something that I want. I tried to order soup for like 2 months straight and was basically told they only have it if the manager decides to pull it out of the freezer. I have had many good experiences with other employees and the quality of the food is usually pretty darn good. Definitely disappointed and definitely not going back if Hannah is working there.

I have had a bad experience in the past at this subway with the staff entering a tip on my order wothout my consent. I usually tip $1 per sandwich because at least you are tipping someone who actually made the food. I pof bt card in the drive thru and planned to give a cash tip but I noticed the total was higher than the screen quoted. Looked at my receipt and the worker helped themselves to a 20% tip.

So whatever, the location was still more convenient and they had new staff when I went back. Give them another chance since it’s close. I ordered a garlic roast beef off their “premium” sub menu cant remember what it’s called. I get the sandwich and there are only 2 razor thin slices of beef on it. Most of the sub was only 1 slice thick with a small area of overlap in the middle. Felt like I was eating a vegetable sandwich. It was laughable how little meat there was. This was off their premium menu remember that was advertised as 33% more meat than regular subs. Never going back a single sandwich combo was $18. I don’t mind paying more for a quality product but you can’t skimp on everything AND charge more there’s just no value there. Stay away.

This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I placed a pre-order so it would be ready when I arrived. When I got home and opened the sandwich, I found that it was missing all the sauces I had requested—no mustard, mayonnaise, or chipotle sauce. It also wasn’t cut into fourths as I had specified.

I tried calling the store and the Director of Operations listed on the receipt (which ironically says, “If is not right, I’ll make it right!”), but no one answered. I drove back to the store and explained the issue. I showed the uneaten sandwich and the receipt to the staff and asked for both sandwiches I had purchased to be remade, since they were now cold.

Erika, the employee who helped me, seemed uninterested and unprofessional. She gave me a refund but refused to remake the sandwiches. Shortly after, she left—possibly for a break—which gave the impression that she just didn’t want to deal with it.

Overall, the service was poor, the food was incorrect, and the situation left me without a proper meal over an hour later. I won’t be returning to this location. And no—nothing about this experience was “made right.”

My family and I went inside and got absolutely no service. We waited around for 20 minutes before we decided to leave and go to McDonald’s. No one else was there and it was just the one employee in the drive thru window.
And also the hours are stupid. They don’t open on time and close early. It’s impossible to do service with them

We were traveling to Grand Canyon ordered 3 foot long and 1 6 inch sandwiches. We asked them to put mayo and sauces separately they were giving us one mayo and 1 chipotle for all 4 sandwiches. We politely asked them twice that that’s not enough for 4 sandwiches. They started telling us limits of the sauces on the sandwiches. I politely told them several times before this escalated. Thats when their attitude started. Both of the workers the worst customer service they were annoyed making sandwiches the one acting to be the manager was worse than the younger one. I own subways in Reno and managers don’t act like her. If they were my employees they would have been fired on the spot. Cussing at the customers no matter the situation is never ok. I will make sure this gets reported to subway headquarters.
