OK, so the downside is that all the coldcuts are pre-sliced. Not as tasty as fresh sliced. Good part is that have a huge selection of toppings and that adds a lot of flavor. There are options other than cold cuts, so that’s what I go for. Tuna is a great choice. I’ve never had any issues with the service at this location.

The guy named Kmoan was rude, dismissive and didn’t listen at all, half the produce bins were empty and when I would ask for stuff he would put a cover over it like they were out. The other guys there was the only one working and keeping up with customer service. Kmoan was on his phone when I walk in and rolled his eyes when I said I wasn’t picking up.

Not only does he make my sandwiches exactly as I request, but he’s always in a good mood and is able to answer all of my questions accurately. Thank you. Drew was so incredibly rude to me and my son while he was making our sandwiches. He was impatient and rude. I don’t know why he is working in customer service. Kyle even apologized for his immature and obnoxious behavior. Drew was throwing the ingredients with attitude, rolling his eyes while we were asking for asking for more things to be added. I seriously hope they reconsider having him as an employee.

just wanted to say, I was having a rough day, and the guy at the counter (I think his name was Canyon or Cason) was AWESOME. It was a bit busy, he kept things moving, and he was very positive, and I had a nice conversation with him. Also the subway club I ordered was AMAZE! Definitely would recommend 🙂

I was given very poor customer service! When I asked the guy if he was going to heat the bacon for my BLT he said only if you ask for it. That is the first time, but ok. He continued his terrible attitude throughout making my order. Also, I am not a supporter of masks, but if you are going to wear one at all don’t be ignorant and wear it wrong!!! I won’t go back to this location as this is not the first time I received horrible service. The kid didn’t have a name tag so I can’t even report him to management!!

We stopped here late at night and had the best experience and service we’ve had during our entire 3600-mile trip. Belinda was so kind and helpful. She was polite, kind, fast, and approachable. If we ever drive through the area again, we will be stopping here again, just to see her smiling, friendly face. Food was delicious and fresh. I’d recommend this place simply for the service.

First I was surprised to find that you can no longer see the meats they have to offer, they have a large lid covering all the meats and you can’t see them from where you are standing, that really threw me off. Next the gal that was serving me had the voice of a mouse, I could not hear a word she was saying and had to ask her to speak loudly. It just annoys me that the server speaks in whisper tone.
