I ordered the Carolina crunch with 2 additional combo meals. They were out of the first thing but damn if Madison and her team didn’t take the best care of us anyhow. That was the juicest dripsiest cronchiest Bojangles chickens I have ever eaten in my life. They let us pick our substitutes for the Carolina Crunch meal and I’m pretty sure they dropped new chicken just for us. I have been eating Bojangles my entire life from birth in this state and that was the best frickin chicken I ever had in my life. And the other amazing lady who brought it out did not mind one bit going back to get me the biggest handful of hot sauce.
I love these people. So much. Please give them all a raise!!! Fast food workers deserve so much more and normal neighbors and folks depend on affordable and timely food sometimes. They rocked our world so good tonight. I will always love them. Thank you November 2025 Bojangles Wilkinson team. I didn’t know I could love Bojos even more.

We had a long wait to place an order. A lady who was cleaning the tables came to take our order and then prepared our food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I watcher he place dirty hands in our box and inside the fry bag. Absolutely disgusting. She is photographed, make sure she washes her hands before touching your food.
The fries were under cooked and the drink machine in the lobby wasn’t working. Very disappointing.

With the new redesign, I was hoping that the experience here would improve, but it is consistently awful. We waited over 30 minutes for 3 biscuits and they came out looking awful. The eggs were covered in dirty grease. I returned them and asked for a re-cook. After another 15 minutes, they came out looking exactly the same; covered in dirty grease. If you want Bojangles, you’re better off driving to another location.

Why would I ever come here again when I can just go to the one on South New Hope. I’m not sure if its because no one that works here cares about their job or apparently you need a degree in rocket science to work here because somehow they manage to mess up the simplest orders in the most obnoxious ways possible. Its like they’re doing it on purpose.

I would like to share my recent experience in your Bojangles. I am leaving a 5 star review because the store manager was not at fault. While I was entering the Bojangles, the district manager was discussing what seemed to be a store visit with the store manager at a table. The district manager was stating the the kitchen was not clean and covering his visit. While this conversation was happening the cashier was cleaning the front glass and no one was at the register. Myself and other customers were in line waiting to order food while the person was still cleaning the windows. The district manager could see this and did nothing about it. I left a good review because the store manager was facing away from the front line. Customer service comes first. I am very disappointed. The district manager also stated that he was going back to his home office for the rest of the day to learn a new process?? This is at 11:20 this morning (9/30). After waiting in the line for 8-10 minutes I was served my food. The food was good. The leadership was extremely disappointing.

I wish the employees got a renovation with the store. This place used to be so friendly with the older staff with the nicer older lady that used to be the assistant manager that was there.

Now you have to be lucky to get your order taken from the front. New digs same trash service! If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to the Gastonia location next to the Crumbl Cookie. They actually give a damn over there!

I really wish that I could leave zero stars but that is not an option for Google. I have never had even a remotely tolerable experience at this location. Shame on me for giving them so many chances because my children love Bojangles but my recent visit will be my last at any Bojangles ever. This place is an absolute dumpster fire and it is evident that the company doesn’t care because it gets progressively worse. They shouldn’t have wasted the money remodeling this building, they should have burned it to the ground and collected the insurance money. I have never been to this location that they weren’t out of something. My last visit they were out of macaroni and Pepsi. They only care about the drive thru customers but it still takes forever to get through the line. I thought it might be better ordering through the app so I tried that a couple of times. Every time, the app would say my order was ready and then I would arrive and it not even be started yet. I would then wait another 15-20 minutes for them to tell which parts of my order they were out of to see what they could substitute. 30 minutes after the app said my order was ready, I would leave with half of what I originally wanted. The lobby and areas of the kitchen that you can see are always filthy. Everyone working there is complaining about how much they hate it there, managers included. It is unbelievable the lack of care that it takes to be this bad on a consistent basis. I would avoid this location at all costs if you want to maintain your sanity because standing in the lobby and watching these people operate will make you question reality.

October 29th at around 3:30, we had the rudest customer service experience. The young girl working in the front taking our order didn’t even acknowledge us and was like barley talking or didn’t say anything at all and when we went to get our food I told her we were missing our drink and she was like here they are and I was like the receipt says I paid for a large and she rudely gave us the cups and I went to go get sweet tea and there was none so of course I go back and ask and she huffed and didn’t say nothing then gave me the sweet tea. She kept leaving so we couldn’t ask for anything then on her phone like if you don’t want to work somewhere that is having to deal with people then quit. On the receipt the cashier is signed in as Stephanie but not sure if it was the young girl that took our order.

We went in 01/22/2026 at 2:00 pm no one there, 2 employees walked out of the kitchen didn’t ask us to order. Guy in kitchen just looking at us. Sad employees standing at drive thru smoking. We left and will never visit this location again. Couldn’t rate the food as no order was placed
