I have gone to this subway for years. I’ve always had such a great experience, except for recently. I have now left twice without evening ordering anything because I was grossed out. The first time, a lady with glasses walked in from outside. Hopped on the line. Grabbed gloves. And put them on, asking me what I wanted. I straight up walked out. How does the service industry forget about washing hands? I went in today to try again, and I saw a different girl, messing with remotes, and what looks like yea packets for personal use. Then did the same thing. Just hopped on the line. Still touching multiple things on the way. I’m just grossed out.

The owner of this place is deplorable and has terrible customer service shouldn’t be there working the front of house. I witnessed him disrespect a woman and her son while they presented coupons that he doesn’t validate and treated them like thrash.He had reacted rude immediately and treated customers like they were not worthy of “his service” then continued to deny service and than claimed the customer was no longer welcome at his location ever again. The worst service I’ve ever seen a “owner” display in front of multiple customers.

Building is really run down and the weeds are grown in cracks in lot. Moderately clean inside. Food is okay though. Service is average to below average. Its Subway and its just how they usually are. Dont worry its open even though it looks like a haunted subway from the outside.

I read the comments and I agree employees are rude af! I mean I don’t expect a golden toilet but I expect a pride in the work and with covid the lady said they didn’t have to wear masks!! While my sandwich was right in the open and with a dry attitude, I had to just walk out! Its appalling to say the least! Yall have been reported, I’m going to corporate next. The subway on the south side in stripes is way way better.
