We came to this location because online it said they closed at 9:30. Upon arriving at 8:42, we saw a young, short guy walk to the back. When he saw us parking, we came in and waited about 2 mins with no one at the counter. When Manuel walks from the back and doesn’t even acknowledge us and looks upset, he tells another guy in the back we got about 5 coming in and walks away. Then he continues to walk back and forth not doing anything. I guess he wanted us to walk away, and then when he saw that we waited, he finally decided to walk up to us after like 10 mins of us waiting and tells us we close at 9 mins, so you gotta hurry up. Then another guy named Michael walks from the back and says nothing, so we ended up leaving and telling him that instead of walking back and forth doing nothing, he should have helped us. He said if we couldn’t wait, we could leave and go somewhere else. Very bad service here!

Stopped at KFC bit they don’t open until 10:30 am: it was 10:27. I didn’t wait. Drove down the street thinking McDonalds was my only choice, but i saw Subway and stopped there. It’s healthier and you get more for your money. They open at 8:30 am.
It was clean and well kept. I got an egg, ham, and cheese on flatbread.. it was very good and healthier than McDonald’s dollar burgers, which are no longer a dollar.
The service was good, and the food was fresh and tasty.

I asked for mozzarella cheese slices and for regular cheese and I expected the up charge for the extra cheese but they charge me $3.19 for the mozzarella on the sandwich whenever I’ve never been charged that much. It was on the tuna sandwich she barely gave me any of the shredded, so basically I got no cheese choice and had to pay for it. So, they didn’t tell me this until I was getting ready to pay that’s an extra $3.19 I need that for gas I’m passing through town getting to Arizona. And they were rude. The young man preparing the rest of my sandwich, well wrapping and cutting it said “good luck with your breakfast!” And I asked him if he was talking to me and I thought maybe he was talking to himself talking to somebody else but he basically didn’t answer me and I had to ask him again what if that was toward me and asked him why he would say that? First of all, it was 11:48 a.m. and it was lunch time for me but he was really rude and saying that and that’s not a very good advertisement for the restaurant. That was really rude I don’t not like the people there they were nasty to me. They should have told me ahead of time they were going to charge me $3.19 for extra cheese which is absolutely ridiculous because I didn’t even get a cheese choice for my sandwich which we always get a cheese choice at Subway so they basically conned me. I would never go back to this place.

I don’t know what her name was, but she was ridiculously rude for no absolute reason. She talked to my partner very rudely just because she was walking our dogs (who, mind you!!! Had not gone to the bathroom and were really just stretching their legs). She came out yelling about it and thus made us ultimately choose to order food elsewhere. Because there was no need to come out being ugly like that. As someone just passing by this town, that was incredibly disappointing.

Not thrilled. A new item on me had me wishing I never tried it. Was a waste of my money. Rude employees didn’t help when questioned on menu item not looking like its picture. Hope they shape up. Love Subway but disappointed. Maybe it was just the location. Unsure. But will not frequent this location in the future when in the area.

We went through the drive through here in Deming and inasmuch as we do like the sandwiches the price of the sandwiches has gone through the roof. The good old days of the “Five- Dollar Foot Long” sandwiches is gone. I think we got two 6” sandwiches, a bag of chips and soft drink and it was over $30+ dollars. At that price these restaurants are going to put themselves out of business. Families can’t afford these prices today as they are struggling. We won’t be back and learned the hard way as we can go elsewhere and get better deals for money spent period.
