REALLY GOOD!! Great food, good prices, and great service. They gave us a sample of the chicken that had just been made, were helpful, patient and very quick to make the food. PLUS the falafel salad, pita bread, and the lamb pita sandwich were delicious. The Lamb sanwich was also spilling with lamb. 10/10 would come back to try the rest of the menu items.

Never gets my order right. Regardless of calling ahead or ordering right there. Asked of it volcano style and spicy didn’t get non of that. Also asked for NO hummus. Just made the plate normal didn’t take any of my requests into consideration. Not the first time this has happened either. Along with that took 3/4 of my 1 hour lunch to get the food.

Chicken shawarma sandwich is my favorite dish ever. Garlic chicken is amazing too. Been going here for 15 years. Best Mediterranean food and the owners are wonderful!

Wow, what an exceptional place to get some very yummy food. Red was very polite and professional and gave me some suggestions on what I might want to go with the meal choices that I have chosen. The restaurant was very clean and neat. And The staff was very pleasant.
I really haven’t had a whole lot of experience with Mediterranean food. However, my son and his wife have had. And they confirm that the food that we had was absolutely exceptional. A very good value for what we paid. If you get a chance to go, I would definitely suggest that you go and take your family as well.

THE OWNER TAKES THE TIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only the cash tip is given to the employees. The food-It was ok. They don’t cook lamb like the normal slow cooked way. It honestly tasted like steak. I ordered 2 lamb plates and they weren’t busy so I think it would be hard to mess it up but I suppose it’s possible. I saw another comment saying they got lamb in a cut up carne asada style… that’s what I got for lamb too. So idk. This was my first time here. Maybe I’ll try it again, but I’m not really sure. I feel like it’s horribly shady of the owner to take more off the top when the plate was $17.59, which was already a lot. It didn’t taste like it was worth almost $18 for what you get. It’s sad bc I love Mediterranean food and I want more options, but I don’t think this is it.

Best Mediterranean food in Escondido hands down. You will pay around $15 for a meal and it is worth every penny. Simple ingredients executed perfectly. This place has ruined every other Mediterranean spot for me. You can’t go wrong with the tri-tip plate.

Ordered 2 plates. Waited 25min (!) for one, with 3 people working there and no one else in the restaurant. These plates simply require putting some meat on the plate, a scoop of salad and rice, and some bread. Yet somehow these sloths took 25min to prepare it. I watched them as they worked and it was all in slow motion and very odd. The other plate never arrived so I requested a refund to which the cashier said “We never got the order”. Despite the fact that I had ordered it 25min ago right there at the same cashier. Maybe he forgot after slaving for 25min over one plate. And yes the charge is on my credit card account. He refunded me the cost of the plate but not the $4 tip I had unfortunately left. So I left out $4 and 30min of my time. STAY AWAY

1st time and I ordered the Mediterranean salad with tri tip. For $10 you get a Delicious salad that can feed two people very well. Quiet atmosphere, the two employees there are very helpful very nice and can answer any questions that you have about their menu. I highly recommend this place and I definitely will be coming back for more. By the way the salad was AWESOME!!
