One worker was great. One had a majorly bad attitude including throwing ingredients back at the containers and snipping at the other employee and customers. Yikes! She needs to go. And not work customer service jobs. The difficult employee was named Cherry. I notice this isn’t the first review where she gets specific mention—maybe do something Subway?!

I always get the most friendly service here from multiple different employees. I’d rather go out of my way to come here because of the service I receive. The quality here over other subways is amazing and I find myself craving subway more often! One of my favorite places!

Stopped in to grab a quick bite for lunch. While the customer in front of me was ordering, I had a seat. After employee “Cherry” finished cashing out the customer in front of me, she pulled out her phone and walked past me. So i politely said Excuse me, can I order a sandwich. As she puts her phone away, she rolls her eyes and asks what I want. Every time after asking what meat, cheese and veggies I’d like on my sandwich she would sigh as if I was bothering her. I sit down to eat my sandwich, Cherry walks out and lights a cigarette. After a few minutes she comes back in, DOESN’T wash her hands and goes to the bread oven and starts taking breads off the rack with her bare hands. Grossed me out as I’m eating my sandwich to see the lack of personal cleanliness in a sandwich shop. I will definitely NEVER stop in here again. Should never work in a custom service business if you don’t like your job or people. Nasty!!!

This was probably the most unsanitary experience I have had. There was a employee with purple hair smoking a cigarette literally right in front where I walked in and didn’t welcome me or say anything to me. I found that after smoking she continued to rinse her hands for a few seconds not even a thorough wash “with soap” I asked her politely to wash her hands with soap and I could tell she didn’t like that…her apron was filthy and when she would lean in to grab toppings for my sub her nasty apron was all up in my sandwich. I highly recommend not eating at this establishment until management can teach their employees proper customer service and hand washing. I could only imagine what they do when restocking food with there nasty hands.

Great service. There was only one working and he did a really nice job. He stayed the course with a nice pace.
I used a coupon from online and saved a few dollars.
The radio station playing was Christian music and i heard some of my favorite songs.
I allowed several to go ahead of me and i checked my messages and broused the internet catching up some.
I also watched the sunset through the glass store front and it was orange through the clouds and beautiful.
Good food. Good service. Friendly employee. I will certainly return when working in this area.

They were being silly, shooting each other with the sauces. They made one of the sandwiches on my online order completely wrong. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a subway.

The staff takes time and puts effort in their work! However it can be a bit of a wait! They are very pleasant however, my sub was absolutely delicious! ! Mmmmm and broccoli soup! They were out of bread when I ordered but I am a fan of flat bread! So no biggie!

Use to be great, the new girls now can’t do math and really take advantage of you. Twice I’ve gone in with my $5.99 coupon to get an all American. I order it without Turkey. They refuse to ring it as an All American in order to charge me for a ham sandwich so they can charge me extra for bacon and cheese. My 5.99 deal turns into $9.70. It’s so frustrating. Their consolation is, “you get a free cookie”. I finally learned my lesson and just take the turkey off at home to save money.

I considered giving only 4 stars because let’s be honest, Subway is not the best sub quality… However the fact that this location is the only fast food located so far up tramway deserves the full 5 stars.
Plus they have the garden Patty which is great with feta and red wine vinegrette.
