I would leave zero stars if I could. Food was just shy of burnt, was given pizza sauce that had gone bad (the lid on the cup had expanded signs that the product has fermented, smelled like it had as well), store smells gross, like it needed a good deep clean and the employees clearly didn’t care about product, service or cleanliness. I will never order food from here again. Really bummed I mistook them for the superior pizza place down the road.

Walk in. No one at front of store. No one to greet you. Stood for approximately 3 minutes ( no exaggeration ). Employee came to kitchen/front of store doorway, phone in one hand ( looked to be texting ) and food in other ( eating ). Finally took order. A second employee came out and made sandwich.
Sandwich lacked substance, specifically cheese and meet. Definitely not worth the $7.41 paid.

I usually love this store, but website said closes at 9:30, I called at 9:11. Person on phone was trying to talk to other employee to do my order. I usually tip quite high – $10 to $15, but I asked if they were closed, and the phone answerer said yeah, sorry. Disappointed.

Ordered online. Was quoted about 45 mins. Took over an hour for the food to come. Food was ice cold. The driver had to go get a bag of chips and a pop because they were forgotten. When I called the girl that answered, wasn’t much help. She didn’t apologize or offer to get me any help for the problems. I had to ask for the manager. The manager was more helpful than the original girl. The manager at least refunded my money.

Pizza was (only) warm. The bread sticks were undercooked and (literally) swimming in butter. The dressing for the Greek salad was definitely Not Greek.
Dinner was not edible/enjoyable.

I dont usual make bad reviews because I know businesses have issues just like anyone else BUT i called to let them know there was an issue with my wings she asked how they looked i told her like someone bit them (not saying they did, but that was the only way to describe it) the owner then got on the phone and said “Nobody ate your food” “we dont touch the food” and i told her i didnt say anyone ate off of them thats just how they look and that im a customer so she should be able to accommodate me , she started being rude and said someone can come back and get the food i told her no not to send anyone back to my house and as im writing this they are at my front door , so unprofessional and I order from here alot due to convince , never again. Poor customer service

I usually go to the Middlebelt location but this one was close to where I needed to be. I’ve tried them before and wasn’t happy but I thought I’d give them a second chance. Sorry that I did. The pizza was great but the breadsticks were horrible. They forgot the pizza sauce and had hardly any cheese on them. They were basically just cooked dough.
