Ayo what’s wrong with the crew.. came after work on the 20th around 10:30pm to an empty store and left 20minutes later. They had a few onlines coming in so we gave them about 5 minutes to sort out that. There was one guy that’s helped us pretty quick and then a second older lady came around. They both took turns helping us complete 2 6inch subs. It was a very weird and unorganized, my fiance thinks they all might’ve been off something lmao.

Tried to go to this location last night, on account of they’re usually good when it comes to making sandwiches. Customer service was at a low. Came in and two people were sitting down for online orders which weren’t made yet. Two workers working slower than slow, while two people were getting their sandwiches and another lady was ordering three sandwiches. I heard they were out of pickles. I read the room and decided to leave. The only subway experience that I’ve had with good customer service is the one by academy. The sign on the door said they were closed November 2. Guess they do what they want, unless there aren’t enough workers. I won’t be back.

Omgosh… just arrived to Albuquerque from Florida and decided to stop in a Subway to get 2 footlongs! Amazing customer service! Every single time I’ve been to this subway it’s been amazing! They’re extremely fast compared to other Subways in the city. They’re always have fast service and they’re really respectful. They have enough people at this location. This is by far the best Subway I’ve been ever been to. Every other Subway takes a long time. It makes me want to eat Subway more. 100% recommend!!!

The first older gentleman that helped us was very professional. The other guy that rang us up… Was a mess. Didn’t change his clothes after handling cash and touching the register. Didn’t cut my sandwich all the way through. Food was still cold. He didn’t even push the meat and veggies in so all the mayo ended up all over the outside of my sandwich when I unwrapped it. SUPER ANNOYING. We went out of our way thinking the service would be better but no dice.

Online ordering for pickup you should expect your order to be wrong and made with little to no care. Asked for extra veggies (onion, spinach, and green peppers) and this is what I got (no spinach, barely any onions or peppers). Also forgot to add my condiment, used mustard when I didn’t ask for any. Next time checking my order before leaving.

Was so stoked to pick up my sandwich until I felt the weight of it. I watched the guy make it and didn’t seem like he skimped out on me, then I realized subway reduced the size of their bread. Not at all worth it anymore. Hope subway goes out of business soon. Size comparison of the sandwich and a clothespin.

Very friendly employees who greeted and bid me farewell enthusiastically. They were very diligent, efficient and helpful. I ordered the brand new The Champ sub. It was salty but tasty, I enjoyed it.
