NOT SANITARY. I was at subway today and a homeless person walked in and ask the employee if he could have some water and the employee allowed the person to help himself to the drink fountain. The guy put the nuzzle of his empty coke bottle right on the water buzzle and filled up his bottle. It’s great that businesses help out people but with covid and other viruses out there , they should be more cautious. More sanitary.

Subway’s motto is it fresh… Described as “food being prepared to customer specifications” … this was not true, I was ready to pay double for my salad so that I could get double the amount, I was told I would be charged double but I was only given what would be allowed for 1 sandwich worth.. 6 Tomatoes, 6 cucumbers.. Hardly a bargain since I was going to pay double.. needless to say the teenager was far from accommodating, she proceeded to call the manager. The manager said everything I wanted to hear. However when the conversation over the phone was over, the employee did the total opposite … Therefore losing my business, as well as the entire prepped order which included sandwich as well… The salad is extremely skimpy. For a 12$+ price . “Sub-standard service”.

I used to come here on shift at the hospital when I forgot to bring lunch. Today, I stopped in to grab a quick sandwich and was floored by the prices. This location was already known to be one of the more expensive locations… but their prices went up again. You are looking at spending about $15 for a footlong. If you want to make it a meal, you are looking at an additional $5+. The prices here are completely outrageous. This place just lost my business.

If I could rate this Subway a 0 stars I would. Has nothing to do with the employees or the food. The greedy owner has already had the highest prices in town and just increased them again. If you want a meatball footlong expect to pay 11.99 plus if you want a meal add another 5 dollars. You can go to Pres Hospital Subway and get the same sandwich for 7.69. Something needs to be done.

Outrageous!! Paid over $19 for a footlong meal. Regular drink, no extras, no frills. Subway is the lowest quality sandwich place that exists and all of the sudden they’re the most expensive too?! Hard pass ✌ I wish Jimmy John’s would move in….

Good service. Good food. However, it was hotter than blue blazes of the store. I felt so badly for the employees. It must have been 85-90 in the store. We customers could suffer for a few minutes as we gulped down our food. But the employees were really suffering as they could not leave. Inexcusable of the manager to leave and allow this to happen.

Went this past friday (7/7/17) around 7:30 pm and didn’t leave a happy customer. Clean but not friendly. I told the lady my order slowly so it wouldn’t confuse her just to get a whole lot of attitude and eye rolls. I didn’t get to pay for our order until she was done with the 3rd person after us so it was a little cold. She was so irritated that I added chips and cookies that she ripped a cookie out broke it and threw it away. I love subway but will no longer be coming to this subway after my appointments. Please even if you’re tired or don’t want to be at work at least be nice some of us who come through those doors are at that hospital for sad reasons and even a simple smile can help us customers…thank you

Deserted, looks kind of abandoned but they are open. I don’t go to subway anymore I was at UNM main entrance where there is construction AGAIN. If you don’t mind paying for sandwiches that are all bread and vegetables then this is for you. Why are they always out of the good cookies.
