I ordered my sub with extra sub crunch, but there was no sub crunch at all. The employee did not inform me that they were out of it. Since I ordered online, he didn’t bother communicating with me. I was polite and even said “How was your day?” and “Thank you for the order, have a grateful day,” but was completely ignored. I honestly thought he couldn’t hear or understand me until I saw him clearly talking and taking another customer’s order.
When my order was ready, he threw the packed sub on the table with zero courtesy, like throwing food to a beggar. On top of that, the meat felt slimy and not fresh, and the vegetables smelled stale. The food quality was so bad it made me feel nauseous. I ordered one full sub and one half sub for my kid, which makes this even more unacceptable.
Rude behavior, no communication, and questionable food quality. Very disappointing experience.

Incredibly busy store with 1 manager training 2 new employees. They’ll get it in time but wow, chaos for such a busy place. Food was good but way too much sauce!

( now this is without changing any toppings just toasted the way I wanted) the artesians t stated ” that’s not the way I make it”. WHAT? Dear Subway, I worked for your company and I know the practices you teach, but now you have to teach them common since its OK TO PUT A MEAT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SUB!!!!! People please, teach them how rudeness isn’t acceptable but listening and following directions will go far in life even as a sandwich maker/ artesians. Food was very tasty

Old man was super rude, then went outside with the same gloves he made our sub and started smoking a cigarette along with having his hand in his pockets. Then immediately walked in once a customer was at the line and made him a subway with the same gloves calling the health department video will be inserted.

One lady behind the counter literally started talking shit to my husband after he told her she didn’t need to be disrespectful to him when he repeated his order and she snapped at him. We had our three young child with us. My husband pointed it out and asked her to stop. He left without a sandwich. We paid for the sandwiches they already made and just left the store. This employee followed us out the store still running her mouth even after we got into our vehicle! Again we had young kids with us or I would have very disrespectfully put her in her place! Maybe the owner needs to handle this disrespectful employee asap! Will never return to this store!

The place wasnt too clean, but the 1star is for the grumpy attitude of the server, dark skin with ‘1984’ tat on his neck. Be very careful to simply your orders or he will lose patience and just be rude..
I asked for mozzarella cheese and he sprinkled just a tiny bit. As someone who eats Subway on the roads on regular basis, I know there should be a little more cheese… I asked politely for a little more cheese. He refused, and I took a picture of the Subway for this review, as I believe more people love their regular cheese portion (yes we pay for extra if needed). Thats where he lost his patience and I witnessed the most aggressive Subway wrapping so far.
I think you will have a better experience with the other nearby Subways….

it’s about 6:25 Tuesday 6/11 both the guy and the girl was so racist I’m black me and my family he was so rude to my daughter for asking for tomatoes. There was no customer service. my husband said to both have a nice day they just looked and said nothing as if we discussed them. we spent a healthy amount there, but never again will we go around that trash again. Our money will be spent elsewhere. and my sandwich was made incorrectly

One thing first. Subway by no means is my favorite sandwich outlet. That being said I was surprised when I visited this store. While the 2 people who were working there the day I visited had zero customer interaction or social skills. They made a mean sub sandwich. Not only were they generous with the toppings they did the same with the meats. My sandwich actually looked like it was one of the sandwiches in their advertising. So if I were to get this kind of sandwich every time I visited wow they might just become my favorite. Unfortunately I was passing through and will probably never be back to see if it was a fluke visit or not.
