They can’t keep staff long enough to learn the proper way to make a sandwich and I don’t like the scrapping of the bottom of items (guacamole, tomatoes etc)

Stopped by as we were driving through one afternoon. Needed a few footlong subs, but the worker said they only had one footlong bread left. My kids were starving so I said I’d take it. I ordered a cold cut but he said they were out of cold cut meat. I ordered something else. At the end I asked for mayo on half, he asked which half and I said it didn’t matter. He then slathered on a ton of mayo across the entire sandwich. I laughed to myself but my poor daughter hates mayo on her sandwich and couldn’t eat it. Had to drive down the street to McDonald’s. All Subway food is the same and maybe this one just had a bad day of running out of things. You think with no bread, they would have just put the closed sign up. There were several other people that attempted to order after me and had to be turned away.

Tired of seeing all the bad reviews from people wh o have only had one bad experience. They can’t seem to keep a consistent staff, but the people they do bring in do a very good job every time I am there. Sure, sometimes they mess up, but this is pretty much my go to restaurant. Love you guys.

Very nice and supportive staff. Online order never came through due to Internet issue with frontier but they worked with me and got everything covered to get the order out. Very supportive manager to the staff during this time and helpful attitudes.

So I ordered 3 ft long subs last Saturday for my grandchildren and on 2 of the 3 sandwiches the bread was beyond STALE. The toppings fell out as soon as the sandwiches were opened
