I know it was a mistake to go at noon. I used to work at subway, I know that’s rush hour. But they treated my salad like a pile of garbage. HUGE chunks of everything, ignored my requests for things to be sliced. Acted very annoyed that I asked for a knife to cut it myself. Very tiny bowl, everything spilling out as I try to slice/stir it up. $10??? I could have got a better salad at Walmart deli for $6.

Attitude of staff was the reason for the poor rating. Portion size appeared to be on the skimpy side when we said we were using coupons. They were out of some of the basic toppings and completely out of cookies.

Not that the owner cares or reads this but how do you let 3 teenagers run the place? Foul mouths in front of children, couldnt find the paper to wrap the sub in, talking to adults like the adults are teenagers. I’m pretty easy going but come on man. One kid asked me the same question 3 times…lay off the drugs.

I had a terrible time here. I did an online order, got to the store and waited in the long line. I don’t feel comfortable going to express when the people are busy, I waited my turn as if I was walking in and ordering. When my turn came I said I had a pick up order. The girl said it wasn’t ready then had another girl clock in to make it, while she proceeded to make the subs for people behind me ring them out. I not only had an online order but I waited patiently for my turn then got to watch people who were in line before me leave. I spent 20 minutes waiting for two foot longs and a 6 in.
