Update today is 3/21/19 and no contact to this complaint or response to my complaint on Subway’s website directly. I know that based on the time from my first post that this food spot does not care about the customers experience or how your food is prepared….amazing how a place can be in business and function with very poor quality employees.

On your way home and forgot dinner? Not a problem if you like sub sandwiches. Some small problems occure at this location. Like the toaster oven being down or the register only accepting cash. So make sure you carry cash just in case. But for the most part, this location usually does pretty good. The staff is usually pretty friendly I guess it depends on the day. I’ve had both great service and not so great service.

Normally I wouldn’t do reviews but this visit was awful. I asked for ham and turkey and the older lady with shirt red hair put literally two slices of each meat on my sandwich and tried to make everything fit in the middle of the bread. Nothing even got near the ends of the flatbread and if it did, she took it off of the bread and put it back in the container! I had also asked for extra tomato and she put a total of three tiny pieces. I’m so disappointed in this. She has made my sandwich before and I wasn’t as upset because she was in training but she has been here for weeks now. To top everything off, even the wrap my fiancé ordered had seriously a slice of meat and the rest were condiments. We got here and waited for at least 10 minutes for her to help us at 10 am and she told us that they had no other bread because of them being closed last night when Subway opens at 7 am. We should not have had to pay $20 for something like this.

This is our best Subway! We get the same delicious sandwich when we go here and the staff is so much fun to play with. They are so young and enthusiastic and friendly we always make each other laugh and want to come back.

I love subway but this last visit was extremely lacking to say the least. After waiting a rediculous amount of time in line while the employees flirted with the young girls in front of me. They proceeded to make my two sandwiches I was not asked if I wanted the sandwiches toasted or even the meat warmed. They put very little of anything on my wrap and tore up my bread on my sandwich. I waited a long time for terrible service and worse food. Then I was told my amount due before I could explain I wanted meals and cookies. the worst part is I was not offered a receipt for my purchase so I was not able to report the transaction to subway corporate. Over all awful experience.

Excellent food and service again. Not my first visit to this location but my first time picking up an online order. Not only was my order ready early but the store was really nice. I cannot speak for anyone else’s experience but “The WHOLE CREW” was super cool with me. No joke. Juls impressed me again (as usual). Also love all their stylish work shirts too especially the young lady who sported the “Bold” shirt. What a cutie.
