I went to the location on Twin Peaks last night. The two gals were super sweet helped all 4 of us with our meats at the last hour(s) of the day but the bread was hard, yes I get a meal, ate it and was full but my soul wants happy. Today I go this location and my go to 15 Titan Turkey was amazing, as seen on the menu not toasted and send it! The gal was awesome, made the sandwich while still small talking, made me feel very welcome in the busy gas staion.

Update today is 3/21/19 and no contact to this complaint or response to my complaint on Subway’s website directly. I know that based on the time from my first post that this food spot does not care about the customers experience or how your food is prepared….amazing how a place can be in business and function with very poor quality employees.

The girl named Nikki is the worst angriest person I have ever had serve food, the manager of this place can not think leaving a person with the attitude this girl has up front serving food to normal people is a good idea. It reflects on the store manager very poorly, not sure if she has a family member that insures she keeps her job because it is not based on her performance that is obvious to a blind deaf mute person from across the store. She stands out like a sore thumb and treats every customer that is not her drinking buddy like scum and makes me personally feel like I should not be buying food here. My family comes here few times a week and I WILL NOT COME BACK if this is the way employees are to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! BEWARE IF YOU WANT FOOD HERE AND NIKI IS WORKING!!! I would have given a lower than 1 star if possible!!!

By the way this girl also charged me $21.32 for a foot long and a 6″ sub so I will bet she is stealing from the subway and a GOOD MANAGER would spot this behavior. So maybe it’s not just Nikki that is the problem?

I came in today to get lunch. The girl with blonde hair and glasses working at the front was incredibly rude even tho I was nice to her. I reminded her to not forget my soup and she said ” CAN I ATLEAST WRAP YOUR SANDWICHES FIRST?” for literally no reason. I’ve had people forget my soup before so I didn’t think it was a big deal. She gave me multiple ” I know! ” when I reminded what i wanted making sure I got what I was asking for. She was in a horrible mood and It was completely uncalled for and if you hate your job work somewhere else. Simple.

I ordered a 6″ B.L.T. I got 3 tiny, cold, floppy pieces of bacon and a few veggies. The mayonnaise drowned out any possible bacon flavor. So basically, i couldn’t even tell I got a BACON lettuce and tomato sandwich. It was very thin and just not even worth it.

I also ordered a tuna sandwich for my friend, and there was a tiny smear of tuna. All she was able to taste was the vegetables.

There have been a few other times when I’ve experienced similar at this location recently. This USED to be a good location! But I won’t be going back to this one anymore.

Usually not bad, would DEFINITELY recommend checking your sandwich(es) before you leave, especially with mobile/online orders. 9/10 they will “miss” the extra/double add ons and you still get charged for them.

I don’t tend to leave reviews for small things one time, but with this location, there’s always something.

One time, they were apparently short on stock so they made subs with almost nothing on them, charged full price, and the person was rude. This was a while ago.

More recently, i believe its the same person, told me that they were out of something then proceed to slap the thing they told me they were out of on the guy behind me’s sub.

I understand when your out of something you’re out, but don’t act like I’m an idiot who can’t see.

They were out of a lot of the items on their menu. The person behind the counter, although he understood my order he didn’t comprehend that the words I spoke were actually what I wanted.
