I have had good experiences with this location, but today it was horrible. The bread was dry, the sandwich bland. I usually give places 3 chances, this one is strike 2 but don’t know if I will risk it again with other options close by.

The service and atmosphere here at the Bashas Subway location has improved drastically over the last few months. The employees are very friendly and efficient. The food tastes very fresh and delicious. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. It has not always been that way at this location. I inquired if they were under New Management and Chantel came out and greeted me and said yes she is the new manager. This location was a mess for a very long time, they were always out of bread or out of meat or something. Loud rap music playing in the background. The employees treated you as if you walked into their living room unannounced. Acting surprised and almost irritated that you walked in their store and interrupted their good time listening to their rap music. For the last few months all that has changed it is a very legitimate establishment now and I would recommend it highly to all of my friends.

I ordered sandwich and cookie platters and could not have had a better experience anywhere! Chantel was terrific, informing me of my choices, and making sure I got what I wanted. She was friendly, cheerful, eager to help!

Talking one star from the food because they were out of tuna when I came here. Also they were pretty packed although that seems to be because some game got done as kids were wearing uniforms. And all the other times I’ve been here they were not so packed.

We had good sandwiches with very fresh ingredients and Chantel the manager was fantastic. Great service, very friendly, clean restaurant and just top notch. Highly recommend!

Management has changed!!! Thank God. Subway is Great again. Super clean, friendly and fresh. Chantel and her team are always polite, professional and cheerful. What a refreshing experience considering how it was in the past. A+

I went to this Subway two times in a row, and both times they were out of bread! My family was looking forward to enjoying a good Subway meal, and we were unable to because the excuse was that there was no more bread. The second time we went, luckily, the Walmart Supercenter across the road Had a Subway that actually had bread! I think it’s pretty bad that Subway advertises that it’s open until 10 o’clock at night but when you show up they tell you that they can’t serve you because of the fact that the product that you want can’t actually be made because they’re out of the crucial ingredient that makes eating their possible! Also, This particular Subway doesn’t clean very well. Multiple times when I have sat down at the tables, they were covered in crumbs, or they still had dirty food baskets on them. I think it speaks pretty poorly of the management, that they do not staff enough to actually keep the restaurants Clean during business hours. Anyways, very disappointed in this place for being unable to service customers because they cannot anticipate how many people they’re going to be serving throughout the day and are running out of ingredients because of it.

The staff works hard but there is usually 1, rarely 2 people up front during lunch rush. Insanely long lines. 3rd time I’ve ordered on the app and it’s 30min+ late. Today I ordered 40 minutes before my lunch break and I never got my sandwich before I had to go back to work.
I feel bad for the people working here. This place is terribly understaffed.
Go to the Walmart location which is 2 minutes away. It’s usually far less busy.

Worst run Subway we’ve ever seen! The place is big and could be really nice. However, there were at least 4 employees behind the counter at the same time and 4 customers waiting for even one employee to take the time say, “Can I help you?” When one finally got done with her little task, one customer got waited on… slowly. Employees were definitely NOT friendly and customer service was awful.
We sat down at a booth and the floor under the table and seats was a mess. Obviously sweeping was not their priority. My husband needed to use the restroom and went to the counter to ask for the keypad code. They refused to give it to him, but instead one employee came out from behind the counter (where other customers were waiting to be served), to open the restroom. WHY have a keypad if the customers aren’t allowed to use it? What if it was urgent and the staff decided they were too busy to open the restroom for you? We watched as a lady and little girl came out of the women’s restroom and held the door open for her husband so he could use the women’s restroom instead of having to go get an employee to let him into the men’s room. Ridiculous system!
We watched as a couple more customers came in, but only employee out front decided her job cleaning the glass partition was way more important than making sure the customers were waited on. It’s sad because it’s a nice looking store, but so very poorly run. We won’t be back!
