I went to this Subway two times in a row, and both times they were out of bread! My family was looking forward to enjoying a good Subway meal, and we were unable to because the excuse was that there was no more bread. The second time we went, luckily, the Walmart Supercenter across the road Had a Subway that actually had bread! I think it’s pretty bad that Subway advertises that it’s open until 10 o’clock at night but when you show up they tell you that they can’t serve you because of the fact that the product that you want can’t actually be made because they’re out of the crucial ingredient that makes eating their possible! Also, This particular Subway doesn’t clean very well. Multiple times when I have sat down at the tables, they were covered in crumbs, or they still had dirty food baskets on them. I think it speaks pretty poorly of the management, that they do not staff enough to actually keep the restaurants Clean during business hours. Anyways, very disappointed in this place for being unable to service customers because they cannot anticipate how many people they’re going to be serving throughout the day and are running out of ingredients because of it.

Visited this location on Sunday August 20th at 9:30 a.m. to get a sub for lunch. The dining room was filthy at best as well the women’s restroom. Vegetables very not prepared for the day. Either the night shift failed miserably or two employees that were there didn’t get there early enough to do the prep work. The employee that was preparing my sandwich had to go and cut a tomato. Management needs to step up their game. Very poor experience.

This store is almost always out of something. They’re usually out of steak but I’ve also found them out of bread. You can’t cancel an online order in the store if they’re out of something; you have to contact them via their website, which is ridiculous.

Went up to Payson for the day with family and stopped at Subway. Kaycee made, hands down, the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. It sounds silly but it’s true. He and his coworker (didn’t catch her name) were fast and efficient. Store was clean. Definitely recommend this Subway.

Watched the girl hit her vape inside store while walking around. At 824pm they couldn’t or wouldn’t make a meatball sub. Every time I come here at a little past 8 I can never get it. It made me mad that she had enough nerve to hit her vape in front of us about to walk threw door but can’t warm up the meatballs. We literally would of waited the extra 10 minutes. 3rd time trying this subway, now we are just going to the one in Walmart. The lady there was more than helpfull and has everything and even told us the lady at the 1st store by bashas could have made it for us but didn’t want to. The stores are 2 different owners so just shows you which one has better customer service and wants to keep customers returning.
