The food was delicious… the service was great, the waiters were super friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant, but there were only a few tables inside… but there are tables outside too! I ordered a margarita, but it wasn’t that good; it tasted like pure lime juice on the rocks. I think it needs improvement!

Great food. I highly recommend the Alambre, Ceviche, Sol Dip, Michelada,Pina Azteca, Queso Birra tacos. I try something new every time I’m there and have NEVER been disappointed. I’m not joking about the Alambre and the Barbacoa. Banger.

Great gathering place after spending time shopping in Louisville, NE Main Street! During warmer weather there is outdoor seating available with music in the background. Definitely coming back!

Hidden gem! The homemade chips and queso was EXCELLENT! Our waiter was extremely polite and attentive, I had a beef tostada and chicken tamale, both very good, wife had shredded beef taco.
We’ll certainly be back.

Our dinner was delicious & plenty of it! My chicken fajita was delicious. Hubby had his beef tacos that he thought were the best! Food came quick & hot!! Jose, our server, was so attentive, courtesy & pleasant. Would 1000% recommend coming to this cute, cozy & comfortable little restaurant in Louisville, NE. Next time we’ll sit in the outside eating area!

This is going to be a gem of a place, just a few edges that need to be refined, which is to be expected opening just a month ago.
Stopped in for a late lunch, very attentive service, immediately greeted and given menus. It took a bit to get silverware and napkins, but server corrected it without us mentioning it. The booths are spaced a bit too far, I felt like I had to sit on the edge of the booth to reach the table…easy enough changes to make and provide room for more tables. My other “complaint” was the water served, it’s the not so tasty Louisville municipal water supply. Not the restaurant’s fault, just plan on ordering a drink of some sort.
The food and drinks are exceptional quality and at an easy price point. We did margaritas, lime and strawberry, with strawberry far superior and tasting like fresh made strawberry puree!
We came just for tacos, but the the server recommended the “Sol dip” (queso fundido..esque). It was the highlight, SO GOOD! Great chorizo and blanco queso with hearty warm chips. We ordered tacos a la carte and we’re quite tasty with the shrimp, barbacoa, and chorizo being our favorite. We ordered them with flour tortillas, but I would probably switch to corn next time, flour tortillas were a bit bland, but the flavor on the meats made up for it.
Overall a fantastic experience and a great addition to this town, looking forward to coming back

First time trying the place. The service was very slow but the waitress was very nice. The margaritas are obviously a pre mix. Not much effort there but they do have a decent amount of tequila. Salsa is good. It took awhile to get waters and when the fajitas came out , they weren’t sizzling at all. And the meat it probly one level from being ground. It not even close to what it should be like. The flavor was decent but meat being chopped up so small .. probably wouldn’t get them again – if we went back. The girl who brought the fajitas out didn’t bring any beans , rice , pico , sour cream etc – all the stuff that comes with fajitas. We asked and she said “that comes with fajitas”. Uhh. These are fajitas. She brought it out. The fish taco was good, slightly above average. Went inside to lay our bill. The place was a little dirty and appeared really un-organized. It was a mess. Overall – food is slightly above average – fajitas suck only cause how the meat is so finely chopped. Service is VERY slow. They need some more fine tuning that’s for sure.

First and foremost, I don’t care if the service might be slow sometimes, the margaritas are a mix, or the food isn’t perfect. Just like any place there are good and bad days! I’m just happy I didn’t have to make the drink, wash the dishes, or make the food. (That’s to all that have left one star reviews)
I’ve never had a bad or even mediocre experience. Food has always been on point and the service excellent.
I wish you could hear the sizzle in this picture!

This was the only sit down place that was open. I had a chicken burrito. I asked for extra spicy and they did it (some places don’t for some reason). Tasted very good.

Clean this filthy place up!!!! We tried the Carne Azada, the 3-combo plate, and the chimichanga. Not very authentic at all. All portions were small. They were okay but not great. They serve salsa and tiny bits of broken chips before dinner. The salsa was good. The Carne Azada was decent and the most authentic of all, but way over cooked meat.. burnt and tough!!! We had to excavate deeply the tamale to find any meat. The Chimichanga was tiny. The service was terrible. Each time we needed service, we had to stand up and wave someone over. This is a very small place so it shouldn’t have been that difficult to serve us. I believe there are 4 or 5 booths and two tables. There was no owner or manager on site. The place was filthy. Note the dead fly (I hope it was a fly) in the window next to our booth. We were going to order dessert because none of us got full, but (that alone should tell you about the portion sizes). They were out of each thing we all wanted. The people in the booth across from us wanted dessert, too, but got none. The Margarita was green and was weird tasting but strong. We drove from Omaha to go there. NOT worth the trip.
