It was easy to tell he was running a one man show. Just want to make sure he knows his attention to what we wanted and excellent customer service was very much appreciated!

Ordered 4 footlocker cookies and went to pick them up but when I got to the store I was informed they didn’t have them and when I asked for refund or to cancel transaction I was told I would have to call back in the morning to talk to a manager. Upon calling back, was told that I would have to go thru corporate with which there is an endless loop of questions and absolutely no way to talk to an actual person. Absolutely ZERO customer service and really feel like they’re trying to fatigue everyone into just giving up. Never again will I order from them!! Also you can’t leave a message at the store because their voicemail is full. (probably all the complaints that aren’t being listened to.)

This is not my favorite Subway I’ve ever been to. All of the staff I have encountered are all extremely rude. They seem disinterested and really just want you to leave. I get that they want to get customers in and out as fast as they can but they do not have to be so blatantly obvious about it. They are also very stingy on the veggie toppings. I ask for lettuce and they give me a minuscule handful, sloppily thrown on my sandwich. I always have to ask for more and they just give you the rudest look like ‘are you serious right now.’ If they weren’t so stingy in the first place I wouldn’t have to ask them to do their job better ♀️ also, their veggie station is always a mess and cross-contaminated. There are olives in the lettuce, tomatoes in the pickles, etc. they need to work on their cleanliness and staff attitudes. Oh her than that, the food is good. Definitely not worth the price at $10 for a whole sandwich, so I only go when I get their “$5.99 any footlong “ coupons.

Ugh, their customer service was awful. They totally messed up my order, touched my sandwiches with their bare hands, and then wouldn’t remake it or give me a refund. The girl at the counter was super rude too. I’m never going back there, and as a manager from a Phoenix location, I reported them.

Food was fresh and tasty this subway actually puts 4 scoops of tuna wow…it was standard..but when walking in the place was dead and very dirty but over all food was fast and Cynthia was so friendly and fun..! I must say the customer service given by Jacob last week was A Plus. I ordered online and the instructions weren’t followed. I called and the store was having phone issues. He gave me his cell to call him back. I called and offered to remake. By then it was late so he offered me to come in the next morning and he would remake them. He did just that. I appreciate his effort going above and beyond. Great service is rare but you’ve found a gem in Jacob!

The two young girls working at this location didn’t even greet me and smile when I walked in. I stood there for a while waiting for them to finish their conversation & acknowledge me. I ordered six subs that ran to $80.10 and all but one was horrible. I asked them to put a little mustard and mayo and the young lady who put that on put WAY TOO MUCH mustard on!!! The tuna sub was fishy & tasted horrible. I’ve never had a bad tuna sub from Subway before but this time I did. I haven’t been to Subway in a long time and I guess I’m not going back.
