It makes me sad to give 3 stars but here is why. The food was actually excellent and I really liked it but they were extremely light on their portions. I don’t experience this at other chipotles and it is maddening because of the prices. Stack the bowl as you should, please and thank you.

The best Chipotle in Stafford – restored my confidence in the franchise. Food actually tastes like it’s supposed to and not loaded down with salt like at other locations. I usually order on the app and pick it up at the “chipolane”, which is super convenient. They always have my order on time and ready to go, exactly as ordered. Really nothing to complain about here.

For a small side of white rice they charged me 1.78?! While I was paying the person on register was training someone and they asked if chipotle usually charges for sides like this. I just ordered the brisket in a bowl and the majority of the brisket was uneatable! It was grisly, chewy, and tough. My husband had the chicken and commented that there wasn’t very much meat in his bowl. We usually go to the Chipotle on 610 and have had wonderful bowls from there. I would not go back to the one by Publix.

I have used this location for delivery on several occasions and EVERY time they have messed up my order. My office is close by and my co-workers and I love Chipotle, one would think by now we would just use a different location but since Wonder Road is the closest 🙁 Anyways – I always request extra fajitas…get NO fajitas- maybe one day I will get my veggies! Then the nerve of the app to offer bare minimum remedies

This has nothing to do with the dine in experience and everything to do with the phone system for this location, get rid of that AI BS! I had to call back 5 different eat time because it kept asking me the same stupid question and not registering what I was asking. The. I got transferred to a customer care team who had to look up my location. All for him to still not be able to answer my question and transferred me back to the store location where I listened to stupid elevator music! HIRE BACK REAL PEOPLE!

Does not cook their chicken . Has given me and my sister salmonella at different times . Very undercooked chicken and tough beef . Ingredients are mixed with eachother , sour cream looks old . Thanks to this I will NEVER eat at another chipotle . Service can be snappy sometimes .
