There was a young lady working the early morning on 11/5/25. I had to go there because my son had a field trip and I needed to get lunch. I don’t like working everyday but no one would ever know it because it’s bad customer service and bad energy. She didn’t even say hello or acknowledge me. I had to say something. No jave a good day. I had more respect as a consumer. It just seems like she was irritated we were there bothering her.

Does it really take upwards of 10 minutes to help these two customers and assemble two sandwiches? In this case, apparently so. I left before I could even get my order started. Dude (Gabriel) had ONE sandwich made before I got fed up.

Have gone to this subway a few times. Mostly the customer service is decent but today it was not. Janice took my daughters (who is young) order, toasted the bread (my daughter doesn’t like that) and added spinach which she also never gets in her sandwich. I was ordering else where and when my daughter told me what happened so I went to get it fixed. Appearantly this pissed Janice off. She scolded us about saying we want something then changing our minds. She then walked away loudly talking about food waste. I get that the job gets stressful, but how she handled this order shows she needs to pay better attention and to understand the customers aren’t her punching bag.
