I’m not one to be a Karen but I am getting a little tired of my sandwich missing stuff that, per the menu, is supposed to come on it. This is at least the 4th time I’ve come to this subway and have not had salami on my cold cut combo. I’ve attempted to address staff, and I am met with “it doesn’t come on it”. Then tell me why is it literally listed on the menu as one of the ingredients? Not super happy.

Placed a pick up order and get home and the wrong toppings are on both sandwiches . They left out toppings I asked for then added ones that were supposed to be on my husband’s. Then took some that should have been on mine and put them on his. When calling the lady states that she isn’t a manager but she can help. I explain the situation and she says she personally made them and they’re right management has just made them be slim on veggies . But why are the wrong toppings on the wrong sandwiches and some were missed all together ? She cops an attitude and says ” ypure mad we left out toppings? I don’t know what you want me to do about it ? Come back for a full refund or don’t. ” so I’m supposed to waste gas, not have food for their mess up and get an attitude in the process from the employee. Or eat sandwiches that were made completely incorrect. Will never go here again.

Tried to get food here this evening…. tried being the operative word. I wanted a 5 meat Italian. Was told “we don’t have any salami” so I said, thats fine. Can we just substitute extra pepperoni in place of what would have been the salami. “No, we can’t substitute”… I left. I’m sorry…. I thought this was Subway where you can “Have it your way”….. I can see why the star reviews keep going down at this location.

Dear Subway #970-0 Employees,
This is a love letter. Not because you deserve one, but because the level of chaos in that store is so unreal it needs to be documented for science.
1 star.
I used to work for Subway, so I’m not confused about how the line is supposed to run. You are. Completely.
Let’s start with the bread. Cutting it so the sandwich can’t close is a bold choice. Shaving the top off like you’re carving a canoe and leaving the bottom so thick it could double as a cinder block. It makes every sub fall apart before it even hits the wrapper.
Then comes the sauce. I can ask for “the smallest amount” and you’ll still hit it with two full stripes like you’re painting a mural. The bread turns soggy, the veggies slide around like they’re escaping, and the final product looks like it lost a fight.
Your customer service is just as impressive—if the goal is to make people regret walking in. No greeting. No listening. No urgency. Just attitude, blank stares, and the energy of someone being held hostage behind the counter.
Now the main event: the lunch rush disaster.
Your oven timer screamed for FOUR MINUTES while you managed to burn SIX trays of bread. SIX. Trays. Meanwhile my sandwich sat in the toaster oven long enough to become a fossil. And the line backed up through the store while both of you stood at the register staring at a Sub Club membership issue like it was a hostage negotiation. During lunch rush. With customers walking in. Like nothing in the universe mattered except that screen.
And the cheese argument? Sweet Mercy. Refusing the cheese a customer requests because “it’s not listed on the menu” for that sandwich is peak stupidity. Subway is literally built on customization.
So here’s my official message, wrapped up with a little bow:
DO YOUR JOB.
Pay attention. Stop burning everything. Listen to the order. Move faster than a sloth on NyQuil. And please, for the love of basic employment, stop acting like customers are the problem for expecting a sandwich to be… edible.
Love,
A customer who is embarrassed for Subway every time I walk into this store

F- Two thumbs down. Just look at the other reviews if you don’t believe me. Can I give it a worse grade than F-?? I wish I could. Store has been robbed in the past and now it’s the store owner’s turn to rob the community. Paid for double meat and got less than a single serving (see pic). Online order scheduled two hours prior was not made in time. Staff is argumentative. Management doesnt care. They NEVER have black olives…. EVER!! Avoid this Subway and find another sub shop for you and your family!

A certain employee doesnt even know how to make the sandwiches. I I asked for the Philly so make sure to know how its made to tell him how to do his job. Train your people better Subway. Not the kids fault really but they can smile a bit more. Perhaps their getting paid to scare off customers lol definitely not going to this location

I come here often and had no issues until last few months most recent this past week. For most part I dont do reviews but this called for one.
I got my usual 6 inch and when the lady in shorts got my bread it looked small I asked and with a bothered attitude replied I cut it its fine. Several times she kept saying say it again say it again. I wouldn’t have to repeat myself if she didn’t have a ear piece in. For all I know she on talking on her phone and not giving exceptional service as the Subway claims they do. I get to office my food was wrong and has no mayonnaise and no pickles. It was going to be 2 days till I was in area again so I came back and she was in shorts saying how hot she was and I showed my receipt and proceed about situation. The only thing she said very cross was I made it right I said no and bread was not 6 inches and said ma’am why did you not come before now. I looked and said I am very busy I come often I want a full refund. She just looked at me gave no reply. I walked away and said you appear bothered by me and would rather talk on your phone so I walked out.
NEVER will I be insulted again . These employees need better leadership.

If there was no stars that’s what it would be. The day shift is unprofessional. The lady in shorts is bringing that place down. For 3 years I’ve been a regular now I avoid the weekday because of her. The night shift is so much better. I give weekends the best service they are more at ease. I’ve witnessed day shift touch food with no gloves and scratching head then makes food.

The toppings for the tuna sub had the same toppings as the turkey sub, though the receipt clearly shows what the correct order should have been. The manager on duty rudely insisted they did it right even though the photo shows they got it wrong. Although they did remake the sandwiches the next day, they said, “This is the only time we’re going to do this for you and if you give us any hassle we will call the police and have you removed.” There was nothing said or done to provoke this. The woman was rude, inconsiderate, incompetent and arrogant. We had the (literal) receipts and proof.

The manager or owner should absolutely fire her. The issue isn’t the sandwich. The issue is she is an untrustworthy, arrogant liar who could bring herself to simply say, “I’m sorry.”
