Never had a selection of bread besides white bread, employees act as if nothing matters wearing out of uniform apparel, foul language, no sense of care for pride giving free food and drinks to friends, the moral is extremely low at this location only reason I still try getting food from this location is because of dawn and casey. Thank you dawn and I apologize for today’s youth having zero respect.

I usually visit here before work. This time I was bad. Two people were there and one was just walking around with a cup in her hand distracting the other. I go to order my sandwich and she proceeds to claim they are closed when they don’t close for another half hour.. I know this as I said I come here often before work. She then makes me a sandwich (not the one I wanted) very sloppy like and with tons of attitude. I asked for vinegar and oil and she’s soaked it so by the time I got to work, which isn’t far.. my bread was already soggy and gross. I didn’t eat my food. She also didn’t offer me a meal combo or cookies or a drink or anything at all. I even have to reach and grab my own recipe.

Service was good, food is good, the seating station’s we’re covered in old food on the tables, seats, but under the tables was much worse with dried noodles, trash and crumbs. I understand it does get busy but most of the dried food looked hours old not just the last patrons.

Been here a couple times the past couple months and there’s always only one guy here. He’s really good, attentive and quick but he sure could use some help. Also yes that’s a fly on the bread. Restaurant is dirty.

Horrible service, the lady finished an order and then saw me and said wait a moment, then she started talking with a coworker, take a drink, make a phone call and had me waiting in line for about 10 minutes, then started making my order like a robot, she didn’t listen me, I told her I wanted to order three sandwiches but she continues to make only one, I thought she wouldn’t listen me because was in a phone call or listening music on her earphone but then I noticed she was just ignoring me when I even waved her to grab her attention, then a customer came behind me and she immediately started talking to him making conversation and treating him better, maybe because it was a white man or she was flirting with him? I won’t come back and I think her service is trash and even racist

Have to say, this is the worst subway I have been to.. we waited 6 mins after ringing bell for service only to ask the gas station attendant to go get the subway associate. She was polite but didn’t do things the subway way.. asked for a honey mustard chicken sub and a steak and cheese wrap and she moved the measure scoops out of the way and grabbed a handful of meat and slapped it on the tortilla and same with the sub. Had to tell her we wanted the meat toasted w cheese but not the bread/tortilla. She didnt ask the usual questions: (would you like it toasted? Would you like toppings toasted with the meat? Would you like the bread toasted too?) All things we’ve been asked at other subways.. Got that straightened out and asked for toppings and she was off on most everything. I asked for 1 line baja Chipotle and got 2 lines. Asked for 1 line creamy siracha and got 3 lines, asked for 4 jalapeños and they ended up on half the wrap. Anyway, we got home and tried to eat it and broke out in a sweat in the first 2 bites.. I like some heat but this wrap had me on fire and I couldn’t get past 4 bites. Sorry to say I won’t be back to this location and I really hope subway or the location owner makes some changes or implements better training..

Would’ve gave it one more star but the staff was SO busy conversing with one another that I felt like I couldn’t get their full attention. My cookie also had this weird sogginess on top, looked like from another cookie or something. I didn’t know why it was wet but it was definitely suspect. Inside is small so it did feel crowded when we tried to seat ourselves. That’s not staffs fault though. Wouldn’t come back to this

Came in at 9:20pm and the lady had already closed everything down when the sign clearly states they close at 10pm. She said they don’t close at 10pm on Mondays. Probably never coming back
