Best subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The flatbread is typically very dry and crusty at subway, but this was very fresh tasting and soft, and the sandwich was very nicely assembled. Ordering through the app allows you to add coupons. It seriously was so much tastier at this location than in any of the most recent previous 10+ locations I’ve eaten it.

We ordered steak garlic and cheese footlong sandwiches, and Mani crafted beautiful, delicious works of art. We enjoyed it and we will be back. Everyone working was super helpful and professional. Customer service was excellent! We will definitely be back!

We had a horrible experience. We decided to go through the drive through, but waited in line for almost 20 minutes. There was a car ahead of us (trying to order) and a car behind, so we were stuck. We all had to back out of the drive through. Then we went inside. The single employee didn’t try to even help us because she was doing online orders, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. No welcome or sorry for waiting in the drive through for 20 min without any service. We left and will never go back.

I have never had a bad sandwich at any subway until today. I ordered a melt and what i got was an overly toasted sub instead of a melt. I had to break off the really rock hard pieces of bread in order to eat it. The ends and bottom sides were the worst. The whole sandwich was terrible. Just look at how black the paper is. The sandwich wasnt cut in half either. It was just lazy sloppy work.

I used to prefer this Shop over others because they used to be wonderful. I’ve now ordered Meatball sandwiches enough times they recognize me enough to know they have done this more than once. They charged me full price for 2 footlong meatball sandwiches but delivered only turkey slices on bread. I was never called or asked if they could substitute for something so as far as I’m concerned this is theft.

First off I do love subway, I use to work at this same one when I was newly married right out of high school. I feel bad leaving a low review but I believe this could be a learning experience. I’ve had my sandwich made wrong twice in one week ordering online. I even listed very specific instructions on my online orders & how I would like my sandwich put together, & warmed up. Unfortunately, no one takes the time to read it or care leaving me with a cold sandwich which isnt very good for a philly steak. Do NOT order online, it won’t be made right, they put sauces all over the top of the sandwich and it’s such a mess it’s not worth the “time saved” to be disappointed. It’s so messy the way they teach their employees how to make a sandwich. It leaves you with a soggy, wet mess and my bread was so dry the last time it was hard and they called it a sandwich. When I worked here I always put the sauces ontop of the meat and cheese then dressed the sandwich with vegetables, seasonings and oil & vinegar. This technique makes a cleaner and easier to eat sandwich on the go. It also makes the sandwich much more appealing and easier to rewrap and save for latter. I hope this helps to improve future online orders for other people if they choose to use the service.

Came through the drive thru and was told to wait. we waited for about 10 minutes then she started to take are order, in the middle of are order she made us wait again. as she was taking are order she kept asking the same questions over and over probably because she was distracted since she was whispering to the other lady inside multiple times. Waited 15minutes for 3 basic sandwiches and received 2 with bread so burnt it should have never even made it as an option to sell. On top of that there was only one other customer there and it still took 7 minutes for us to even place our order though the drive through. When we got to the window and waited 15 minutes for us talk to an associate for them to take a form of payment; the person who was receiving our card to pay had to check again to see what we ordered. All in all it felt like no one knew what was going on with our order or how to handle things efficiently.
