A must if you are in Grants Pass!!! Came in for a bite to eat when we found out that Molcajete was closed for a rebuild. Ordered our usual chili relleno plates and we are so pleased we came in! It surpass our expectations. Pretty sure they were the best chili rellenos we’ve ever had, and we have had many lol. The shredded beef in the taco was fantastic, moist, juicy, not one bite was dry. The staffs energy was upbeat, friendly, and attentive. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks for a great experience Fridas:) We will be back again

Stopped in very late on a Friday night, with a large group of 10! The staff was welcoming, and able to accommodate our large party! The decor is unique and very nice with lots of opportunities for photos if that’s your thing. Clean and spacious, atmosphere was wonderful, it’s a good space so you don’t feel on top of other diners. Now on to the food. The food was incredible, we all ordered a variety of dishes including appetizers, drinks and main courses. The staff were so kind and brought us out Molotores which were sooo good and I hope they add to the menu at some point. The staff were gracious, kind and so sweet and the food was spectacular. Really looking forward to coming back again and again. I would recommend this place for date nights and special occasions but it’s really great for any time! Parking can be done anywhere downtown!

Food is such high quality and prepared to perfection. We’ve never gotten anything but the best service from the staff there. Food comes out quick and hot and they check on you just the right amount. The atmosphere is beyond gorgeous, whoever decorated the place knows what they are doing, with bright pops of color, Spanish design and nods to Frida! Portions could be a teensy bit bigger but the quality and flavor you get is definitely worth the price point. We are fans!

This place never disappoints. I stopped here once on my way through Grant Pass earlier this year and was so impressed I had to stop again today. I usually write reviews the first time but here goes. Today I had the eggs benedict with country gravy over my potatoes and is was extremely delicious. Perfect hollandaise sauce and eggs to just right. I usually like gravy over my potatoes but here, I wouldn’t do it again. The spices were perfect. What really got me was the presentation, immaculate. My friend had the Kahlua Mexican toast so I had to try that as well. It too was fantastic. The wait staff was superb and attentive but not to the point of being annoying. I also like the atmosphere. Quiet yet appealing. I give it 5 stars and that is extremely rare for me.

We picked this place out of thin air. Worried that we’d end up in just another Mexican joint serving the same old, we were very happy to find just the opposite! The meal was delicious and not overspiced or overpriced. Wait staffing was perfect. There when needed, gone when not. Friendly chat if invited but not trying too hard. We were thrilled with the experience and will recommend to anyone who goes to Grants Pass. Do yourself a favor and give them your business.

Honestly, I’m sorry, I was not impressed by the taste / quality of the food and the high price for it.
Just because you throw a pretty garnish on there doesn’t help with flavor. Drinks were good and also garnished but I’ve been to many Mexican restaurants from NY to CA & all over Mexico but this is a small hyped up joint from the locals.
Lupita’s, La Hacienda and El Molcajete are top 3 & if your looking for a fancier larger joint
Si Casa Flores by Micky D’s will do.
This is just 1 person honest opinion and there’s always a lot of salt in this world
I leave it up to you. TYFR

My husband and I recently had breakfast here. When we go out for Mexican food, we are searching for authentic, flavorful food. This restaurant had high quality food, and amazing service. But the food was just good. Not great. It felt a little like it was for fancy tourists to enjoy drinks and the atmosphere, than the food specifically. We would rather go to a hole in the wall with excellent food, than return here. But again, the servers are excellent and the restaurant is beautiful.

7 of us met there for lunch on a Saturday at noon. It was packed. Parking is tight. Leave yourself time and mental capacity for that. Michael took our name and was so calm and reassuring about the wait time. They hustled to arrange a table for us. We all had separate checks, probably a nightmare but Michael handled us beautifully. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I had the avocado delight “with red peppers subbed for mushrooms and no mayo, mustard on the side” it came out exactly as ordered. It did not blow my mind but it was fresh and prepared aesthetically. The turkey sandwich was also well made but unremarkable all the actual Mexican dishes were reportedly delicious. The California Burrito had lovely grill marks and was filling. The chicken tacos had plenty of fresh sides to decorate with. The grilled chicken Caesar salad was huge and looked delicious. The service was EXCELLENT! All smiles, well organized, cooperatively administered. And the vibe of the joint is festive! It’s clean and bright and happy. We will definitely return. Thank you Frida’s Staff!

I was in town briefly and wanted to get some breakfast and I decided to check this place out. I got the eggs Benedict and the Kahlua Mexican toast with berries. They were both delicious. I loved the edible flower garnishes on my toast. I also decided to try the Tiffany Mimosa. It was so pretty and sparkly with the edible glitter in it and carnation garnish. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. They made several recommendations when I asked and all the recommendations sounded delicious. The atmosphere and decor was very pretty. I would definitely come here for a girl’s brunch. I was served by Micheal and he also made my Mimosa. Very nice. I loved

Well done. We decided to finally try this restaurant since we had not eaten here since it was Gold Miner. We were pleasantly surprised from when we walked in to when we left. Definitely will be returning. We had the turkey and cranberry sandwiches (one with fruit and the other with fries. We thought the sandwiches had to be the best we have had in Oregon and the friendliness of the people in the restaurant, including other customers. was pretty amazing. Even their fruit cup was better than just about anywhere else around Southern Oregon, at least where we have been and we eat out for lunch usually 4 to 5 days a week in both Josephine and Jackson Counties.
We could tell the staff in the back was enjoying themselves as we could hear joyful noises every now and then coming from the kitchen area.
